These were shipped quickly and packaged very well. I'm a little concerned that they are a bit larger than OEM and very very hard to depress. I did install them which was a simple click-on, However they require a lot of force to close the rear glass window.I'm hoping the Glass can handle the pressure .....

I used these on the rear window of my 1998 Jeep Tj hardtop. It actually took a bit of force to pull the window down to close. Great struts!!! I most certainly recommend these!

2004 Jeep TJ Rubicon Hardtop Back Glass I have purchased some of these from Advance Auto Parts for more than twice as much money they lasted 1 1/2 years.These fit better than what I bought from Advance, they have a metal spring clip. The ones from advance where plastic and one of them broke. These have a lot stronger lift than the factory ones or the ones from advance and it takes about 10lbs of pressure to pull the glass down to shut it.Love the way they work.As strong as they are I hope they last as long as the factory ones did about 10 years.Highly Recommend seem to be well made.

I have a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sahara TJ. They came quickly and worked exactly as I expected. One shock was strong enough to hold up the rear glass. It took me a few more minutes to install because the car dealer I had bought the jeep from had removed the brackets from the glass and left the non working shocks in the Jeep. So I of course put them on backwards and the glass would not close all the way. Then I flipped them around and they work just fine.

Waited too long and dinged my head too many times. Kicking myself for not taking care of this quicker. Pair of shocks arrived in days and went on in minutes. Took me longer to find a narrow flat head screwdriver, than to take off old shock and replace with new one. Took recommendation of other Reviewer and only replaced one. Rear window shot of of my hand and held at full height. I also put a dot of bearing grease on nibs before snapping into place.

They fit great had an issue at first when my rear window got replaced the people that replaced it put the strut mounts on the wrong side at first causing the struts not to fit but switched the mounts and everything works great now struts really strong

They were easy to install and a lot better than the last two sets I had on the vehicle. These should last a long time. I put them on a 2003 Wrangler Sport.

I have a 06 TJ and what usually happens with hard tops, the shocks fail after a while and won’t hold the glass.Now is like its brand new!

Tuve 2 problemas, el primero que el tornillo con el que se ajusta al cabezal de la cajuela es más angosto que el original. Eso lo pude arreglar con un adaptador, sin embargo a la hora de instalarlo no aguanta el peso de la cajuela de un Jeep año 2000. Una decepción.
