A wonderful blend of spices
I love how Chook Chicken Salt enhances the flavor of whatever food you're preparing. It has that umami flavor and I use it on everything, It's great for seasoning roasted veggies especially roasted Brussel sprout and Broccoli. I use it as a base to build a rub for chicken and it's even great on salmon. It's one of my favorite blend of spices to use.
