H Potter Glass Torches Garden Patio Deck Copper Tops Set of 2 Landscape Outdoor Lighting

Will compliment my back yard nicely, I may purchase two more.

I purchased 2 sets of these patio torches along with 2 matching torch chandeliers. They look lovely. Be aware before you use them, I would recommend soaking the flame end overnight so it wicks better in order for the flame to stay lit. I did this by pulling the wick out a few inches near the copper end, turned it upside down, soaked the "top end" into the torch fluid. Then the next day, I pulled the wick back to expose about 1" and soaked the remaining wick in the glass container so you can now light the previously soaked end. Also, when I first received my 2 boxes of patio torch shipment, one box had a pair of narrower metal stems than the other box. I told the company and they sent me the proper, thicker matching metal stem right away. I commend the customer service of the company!! I was impressed with their swift customer service. It has been several months since I've had them outside displayed. The copper look will definitely not be as shiny and will dull over time. I still recommend this product. I mentioned that their copper look has diminished and they are sending new replacements! I am amazed by how much this company stands by their product.

These are good-looking torches, but not well built.. They are flimsy, as noted by other reviewers. The posts screw together in the center, and the connection is still shaky, even when tightened fully. The diameter of the posts is such that the torches sway quite a bit. Best to keep them out of windy areas.Also- the tops don't screw on, so spillage and collection of water in the fuel jars is an issue. The caps that fit over the wicks/tops are just barely tall enough not to squash the wicks down or push it inside the jars. The chain that is attached to these caps have a lop on them for attachment to the torch body (presumably so they don't fall off when not in use, while the torches are burning), have bo where to attach to, except to the twist area on the torch-jar holder. When attached there, and hanging dependently, the rings slide downward along the spirals and end up on the posts.Very poor design, even though they look good.The torches do not come with extra wicks, and local stores don't carry these exact ones. (The more common and cheaper versions of these have wicks that can be purchased separately; maybe they will work),On the up side, the fuel jars are large and nice looking, and the torches work otherwise, as expected..

I have owned H Potter Tiki torches for several years and have always enjoyed them and received many compliments on how beautiful they look in on my patio and in my yard. I needed to replace the glass containers and found replacements on Amazon. I decided to go ahead and buy more torches as I noticed new styles that compliment the ones I already have. I strongly recommend these torches as they are very good quality and look amazing! I do recommend using the snuffer caps if you leave your torches out year round as they will work to keep the water out of your containers. I give these a 5 because of the quality and beauty of the torches, but also because of the great service H Potter provides along with their products. Enjooy!

These torches are beautiful, and I love them. No doubt I will probably end up ordering two more. The only problem we had is that you had to fit two pieces together, and one piece was stripped making it next to impossible to do. My husband put some sort of goop on the stripped part, and then he finally was able to complete the task. (I should have returned the stripped torch, but I wanted them both for a party we were having the next night.) It worked out.

Very stylish, sturdy, easy to assemble, but both glass vessels arrived broken. Notified H. Potter via text as instructed and had replacements within 72 hours. No Hassle. Great customer service. Will buy from this vendor again.

I use as garden torch in my backyard. They are sturdy, and elegantly made. They are strategically placed around the backyard which helps to add a nice ambience to our outdoor space. The customer service is prompt & courteous, and works quickly to resolve customer issues & concerns. I would highly recommend these torches if looking for elegance.

They are good looking, there's no doubt about it, BUT, gosh I wish the poles were a bit more sturdy -- mine are constantly swaying about in the slightest breeze. And, nit picky here, but the lamps, even with the caps on, do continue to evaporate the lamp fluid at a steady pace -- they are not even close to air tight. Again, 4 stars because they look really nice and aside for my minor complaints work beautifully.
