Good traditional product
This has always been a great tasting jam for English muffins, toast, or accompanying sandwiches or meat dishes. It's expensive, but worth it.

This is the ONE & ONLY Rose's
MMMM! For delicious!MMMM! For memories!I'd forgotten how precious the taste of real Marmalade was. When I was a child, many years ago I had a Great Aunt who was a force with which to be reckoned. She swore up & down how this brand was her singular choice for Marmalade. She would make me a cup of Twinings Tea and some slices of Aronld's White Bread toast, slathered in butter. I can smell it to this day. She had a small serving dish with a miniature spoon tucked under the shimmering lime Marmalade. She said I could use as much as I liked but she cautioned, a little will go a long way. I heeded that advice and was so very glad that I did. The taste was sesational. My Aunt passed some years ago and alas, I never asked where she purchased her dear Rose's.Years later as I was tending bar at a rather upscale bar in Manhattan I came across a bottle of Rose's Lime juice. I poured a small bit in the jigger and found it was a taste I knew well. The label confirmed my instinct and a short search later I found Rose's Lime Marmalade. I never saw it before in tea shops, English or otherwise. Here it was. I was ecstatic when the package arrived and I opened the jar and all my memories from so long ago returned. It matters not if you have had Rose's or never heard of the name. I strongly recommend this wholesome product. Not only is it scrumptious on toast but one may put a few dollops in a container of plain yogurt. Or, you may want to try it in a lime rickey made with Absolute Vodka. Broiled Pork Chops are well-enhanced when served with room temperature Rose's on the side. Hundreds of uses in drinks, food or, heaven forbid, right from the jar.

It's a bit pricey but it's the best marmalade on Earth!
My British grandparents introduced me to Rose's Lime Marmalade several decades ago and it is my absolute favorite thing to put on toast. It is very hard to find in any stores and I was thrilled when I found it on Amazon. It's a big pricey but when you taste it, you will realize why. It is more tart than sweet but not remotely too tart. The flavor is rich and somehow harnesses all that is good about limes. I know, I know... lime marmalade? Yes, you will thank me later!

Simply the best!
There aren't very many lime marmalades out there to choose from, but Rose's simply is the best. It has more zest than orange marmalade, without being too sweet or too bitter. I discovered Rose's about 25 years ago and quickly became a lifetime devotee. I enjoy it on light rye crispbread (hardtack)--a thin layer of butter, a layer of Rose's lime marmalade on top of the butter and a slice of light jarlsberg cheese on the very top. Serve that with soft boiled eggs and pickled herring, sardines or even anchovies for a light and very flavorful breakfast. I call it my Viking breakfast.

Old favorite of my husbands
Unfortunately when this package arrived one of the jars was completely smashed and unusable, the other was fine. Bit annoying having paid for two but only one usable. Better packing needed
