No upset stomach
If you drink alot of water you will feel full, so you in turn eat less. Taken with a meal then you won't need to eat for a while, as they keep you full.

A REAL Cholesterol Reducer
You won't believe this, and that's okay. But if you have elevated cholesterol and are taking a prescription med. for it, then you are missing out.A friend told me that this stuff reduces cholesterol and helped her drop a couple of pounds. Constipation
It works a little. I take one to two a day. What is extremely noticeable is the constipation it causes. I’ve ordered two bottles so far.

Always Works
I've been buying Chitosan for over a year & it works amazing, if you're curious like i was i found out it absorbs about 50 grams of carbs. It's a nice way to treat yourself and not worry about it going to your gut or hips.

Granted you're suppose to use this as part of a "lifestyle change"(aka diet)
I got this because i heard about it on DR. Oz. I SHOULD have worked more with it. However since I didn't I cannot speak for "results". However what I can say is that everything looks very professional(bottle and shipping). I didn't have any negative reactions. It doesn't have a negative flavour. I mean all and all I'd purchase it again- if that says anything. I purchased this ages ago and still have the pills laying around. WHEN I "get it together" YES I will purchase it again.

not what I expected
I was very excited to receive my Chitosan in the mail; couldn't wait to get started. I took two in the morning before breakfast and two in the afternoon before dinner. I lost about 2.5 pounds in two weeks. I was expecting to lose more, but I guess this is the healthy way to lose weight. I can say that it did make me feel fuller faster.
