First off I purchased these to replace my original OEM key fob that the buttons had stopped working on. They were delivered on time and packaging was fine.Here’s what you’ll need to know about these. First they do not have any logo on them. And No you cannot switch the original casing out and just swap the insides out, as there are slight differences. You WILL have to have these programmed by a dealership or find a reputable locksmith that can program them. Both Key fobs programmed to my vehicle with no problems. And all functions work. Depending on your vehicle you may or may not have the same luck. I’d suggest making sure you verify the correct part number for your vehicle before ordering. I work for a dealership so it cost me nothing to have programmed but just a few moments of time.Yes! The key inserts are included with the Fobs, which are the actual keys that slide into bottom of fob that are used for the door locks. You will have to have them cut by a locksmith, dealership or elsewhere that can cut or trace the keys.Otherwise so far so good with the product and service.

I bought them for a truck I purchased with one damaged key. A 4th generation dodge ram 1500. The local dealer charged 75.00 to program the keys.It has been a few months and the work great 👍.

I used these (in conjunction with a Simple Key programmer, bought here separately) to make two new keys for my 2011 Dodge Ram 2500. The local dealership wanted about $275 per key, so it was worth it to buy the programmer and a couple extra keys and do it myself -- saved several hundred bucks. Both keys work fine. Note that you will be out a buck or two at your local locksmith or big box store to have the blank key blades cut to match your existing key, and you want to do that in case your keyfob quits working. You need that physical key to be able to open the vehicle door when the remote buttons no longer work.

Bought a 2012 Ram 1500, only had one key fob that worked half the time. Bought these, local lock smith charged me $65 to program both and now I have new fobs that I can even start the truck remotely on cold days.

Putting this right up there with one of my best Amazon purchases ever. Exactly what I needed at a great price. Saved me so much $ from what I would have spent getting key fob replacements from the dealership. The buttons and molded inserts on my original fobs were highly worn out to where I would have to press the Unlock/Lock buttons repeatedly hoping they would work. Just popped the original chip hardware out with my cut keys from the old fobs, and placed it my new key fobs. Good as new! No programming required this way. Bonus key chain with bottle opener and paracord is pretty cool, too.

Came with batteries, sturdy, as described!Cost $50 to program at local auto keysmith....Would buy again if needed, but they work great!

Ordered to replace single failing key I had, fast delivery, both keys looked brand new, both programed by dealer flawlessly, saved some cash not buying from the dealer, very happy!Update....7/23/20After receiving & programming one FOB has started to act up, every time the FOB is moved or shakes it continues to lock and set the alarm, so one only lasted aprox. 7 months, not what I was expecting!Must down grade from a 5 star to a 1 star!Not expecting too much from customer service but I'll update again if they are helpful!UPDATED........OK updated yet again (8/13/20), so before I contacted the seller figured I'd take a look at the fob, so thankfully easy fix, contact disk slipped out of place kept making contact with just a shake which in turn killed the battery, so contact back in place, new battery, seems to be working, as long as the contact stay in place, all should be good, hopefully! Lol
