Cornucopia Brands White Ceramic Escargot Plates (2-Pack), 6.5-Inch Footed Dishes, Oven Safe

These are fabulous! I make Shrimp Cargo often ( we’re not into snails) and these are Perfect. They are oven proof, very easy to clean, perfect size for one ( though we usually end up eating two each). They’re beautiful to look at and you’ll probably end up buying more ( as I did) Love love love them, they’re perfect.

First time ever owning escargot trays as I always just used a pan, but these are much preferred for presentation. Easy to clean and perfect trays to collect and hold the delish garlic butter shells for bread dipping. The trays were smaller than expected but hold 6 shells per tray just fine. Would recommend this product for the price.

The plates were very simple compared to my more expensive Escargot containers that I have had for 50 years. Since we serve up to 15 people since we started our new Escargot tradition, these Cornucopia White Ceramic Escargot Plates were a great addition to the ones that I already have. They stack easier on the shelf and take up less room. They worked well with our Escargot recipe and still held all of the wonderful butter, garlic, herb mixture we love to dip the bread slices into.

These are exactly what I expected. Very happy with this purchase. Been getting escargot at the local supermarket and duplicate the local restaurants.

The quality of this product is very good. The only negative is the design. I wish the wells were a little deeper.

the product was fine but the packing for shipping was terrible. the item is glass and the packing around it was non-existent. I am surprised that it wasn't broken when I recieved it.

Our whole family loves escargot. I’m not that crazy about French food, but I do like snails. I had no idea it was so easy to make them at home. I bought these dishes and two different kinds of large canned snails. I sautéed the snails in butter, garlic, shallots and parsley. I was a little nervous about baking the dishes in the oven. I was worried they might break, but they didn’t. They came out just like in a restaurant. I put a little Parmesan on the top and baked at 350 for seven minutes. Served with a salad and my husband and daughter were so excited. These don’t come with the little forks, so order those too. I bought the snail shells so I might make them like that on these dishes next time. My foodie daughter also suggested they’d be great for deviled quail eggs. Hmmm. Highly recommend for all your escargot needs. Would definitely buy again. Be aware they come in a set of two so you might need more than one set.

These escargot plates were awesome! They stood up well to high heat and lots of butter, and they cleaned super easily. My mom loved the escargot, so I'm sure I'll be using these somewhat regularly.

Perfect for Mushroom caps. Work great, good quality and easy to clean.
