I have a gluten allergy and missed egg noodles from my childhood and these are just as good!!

I'm gluten free & try all the gf pastas on the market. Jovial makes the best. It does not fall apart when cooking. Leftovers pasta is still whole and not in little pieces. Will continue to buy lots more.

Jovial is the best with whatever they offer. Brown rice pasta is an excellent gluten free option — stands up well to sauce. Next day is a little soft but still delicious.

Tasty and environmentally-conscious family owned product for my tuna noodle casserole. However, do NOT boil 10 minutes per the package instructions unless you want mush. I boiled them 5-1/2 minutes before baking per casserole recipe and they were not quite al dente. Next time they'll just cook for 4-1/2 minutes. We order scads of this at a time. It's our favorite GF pasta. We buy it for our family and friends. It's hard to cook exactly right. Be careful to cook it the right number of minutes -- probably less than the directions say. Stir frequently while cooking to keep the noodles from sticking together. Maybe boil it with some oil to help it not stick. When draining either put immediately into sauce or stir in some olive oil to prevent it from sticking together.

Finding a passable GF pasta has been a struggle- this brand is not only passable- its terrific. Closest thing to regular pasta I've had in the many years of living with celiac. It doesn't get all gummy/mooshy. It holds up wonderfully, even when reheating in the microwave. I've used Jovial brand gf noodles in casseroles, cold pasta dishes, spaghetti dishes etc- all have passed muster with my GF family and my gluten able family.

Our family eats gluten free and we love Jovial pasta products. If you have a Whole Foods near you try this pasta. We do not have a grocery with this product, so I order here. It’s taste is superior to all other GF pastas, the consistency and texture are great(not like some that taste like paste!) and works well in soups, Italian dishes and by itself! I highly recommend any Jovial product.
