To start with the top and end panels should not be packed with the metal items. The box was not in good shape from being thrown around when it arrived, and parts were falling out the end. I have sent a picture of an imperfection in the roof, and it has small holes in the top and when raining my car gets wet. I tried to send more pictures, but I could not attach them for some reason. The worst part is I assembled the whole thing and then with the sun shining you can see the holes. I have put tape on the outside and inside to help with it ripping more. After the latest rain one side of my car was wet from it leaking. I have had another brand of canopy before (different brand) and it did not leak from day one. I thought I would try something different and now I believe it to be a mistake. It is sturdy enough but the top shifting around in the same box with the metal is not good. I want to think that is the reason it is not good instead of poor workmanship and poor quality. Being brand new I am not happy, Martin Newman

Received and set up 11020 shelter enclosure which took some time. Quality of enclosure is pretty good. We were shorted one of the feet for one pole (see photo). I called Shelter It and tried to order or get this part. I was informed I have to provide copy of receipt, proof of purchase, store, store number, location etc etc. I was unable to just order one foot for the pole via phone. Very frustrating call.

Hard to follow directions and get the top tight

The material split at the top/sides of the metal bars. We put tape, etc. to help the tears from spreading. There are no sharp edges to tear the material. We have not been pleased with the product, because of the material ripping on all of the upper curved edges. ?? We recently covered the complete top of the canopy with plastic tarp, because there are tiny pin holes appearing on the roof of the canopy.

The product is good the front door could’ve been a little bit lower and the back portion could’ve been a little bit lower the way they add extra onto the sides my only complaint is that after it was fully assembled I noticed aSlice on the canvas on the front portion of the cover that goes over the whole thing I took pictures emailed the company they never returned my email or a call I put tape on the slice I hopefully it does not tear anymore

Do not buy this product unless you want to replace it in less than a year. The manufacture warranty against delaminating up to 10 years. I purchase in Oct 2019. August 2020 the cover is flaking and coming apart. I have other covers less expensive and they lasted over 5 years. This is the worst one yet. Through Amazon I contacted the seller with yet a response from either Amazon or the seller. I think this time I will order directly through the seller and not Amazon. Beside Amazon is not what it used to be.
