Great unit, all the features
Upgraded mainly for CarPlay and my old unit had terrible Bluetooth. Install was straight forward except had to attach dash install kit to radio with the trim already around it since trim wouldn’t fit over the huge screen. Glare not a big issue. CarPlay, Sirius, subwoofer and backup cam work great. Looks and sounds awesome. One thing, settings can only be changed with the e-brake set except for limited sound settings. Not a big issue because once they’re set, I rarely mess with them. Also, I haven’t made many phone calls on it yet so I can’t comment on quality of the mic.

Almost perfect!
Installed this in my 2002 Tahoe and I love the unit. I did have to do a bit of modifying to the Metra single din dash kit in order to get the unit recessed into the das enough to clear the shifter while in park. Screen is bright and very responsive and sound quality is great. Phone call quality is also very good and mic works good. My only real complaint is that the Sirius xm only allows 6 channel presets leaving me to have to do a lot of direct tuning to get to many of my favorite channels. I expected a bit more from a unit in this price range. Not a deal breaker for me. I would recommend this to anyone.

Nice fit for my 2006 Mini Cooper S
The single DIN and adjustable screen position was perfect for the my MCS R52 convertible. Nice way to moderize the '06 interior with big infotainment screen and Apple Carplay. Hook up was straight forward. Made a little bracket to secure the single DIN headunit in position. Have a rear camera hooked up so it is great for reversing.

3 words : I LoveD It !!!! This is a follow up review
This is my updated take on the deck. I downgraded my rating to 2 stars. Great Design but Crappy software. I ended up replacing this. Why? Lets start:1 - it restarts itself randomly.2 - delay at start up when i turn on my vehicle3 - Home screen settings never stay to what I set it once the vehicle cuts off4 - no firmware update availableI removed this and went with a Pioneer AVH601EX.This was my initial thoughts:I bought this to replace my factory stereo in the 2018 Toyota Hilux. Within the first 5 mins of having it up and running, i couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The screen swips are so smooth, like an iphone, no glitches like other decks. The screen size is awesome for watching music videos and carplay.A couple thing i would change is the single usb input, 2 input should be standard in these to allow for carplay and usb inputs. Also, once you end a call or start your vehicle it doesnt go to the home screen, you have to manual touch the home screen button,

Awesome Deck, Especially since you don't have to do any mods if you have an older vehicle.
Awesome Deck, Especially since you don't have to do any mods if you have an older vehicle. Will fit any vehicle. Like having the large screen and backup camera views.. Can not be beat for this kind of touch display, much better than previous touch displays from other manufactures. Screen is glass not plastic. High Quality. Best bang for buck for this kind of quality fit and finish and technology.

Huge Regret (Poor Quality)
This is one of the biggest regrets of my van build. 1. I don’t like the way it looks and it doesn’t angle towards the driver at all. 2. Bluetooth is useless unless you like all of your music cutting out every song. Seriously. 3. Touch screen isn’t responsive sometimes and not have any physically knobs is a huge downside you don’t realize until your using it :/. 4. The cost is outrageous for a unit that doesn’t function very well. 5. Carplay works but it is not bluetooth like other cars. It is plug in only and the plug has to be ran separate from behind the unit. 6. Finally. I know.. 7. The microphone doesn’t work at all after running it all through the dash and up to my visor. Anyways I never leave reviews. This is expensive and needed to let you know. Love you by

Nice big radio for my Motorhome
Easy to see and use buttons even when your dash is way out in front. Sound is good, interfaced with my cameras well, and has Android Auto as well as iDrive capability. It kind of floats in front of my dash, so it does not look factory by any means, but it has a modernistic look and a huge screen for showing maps big enough to see in a Freightliner.

Screen Disappointing
Don't think that bigger is better, Alpine could have done better with the screen resolution. It does look washed out especially when it's very sunny outside and you have AndroidAuto on and looking at a washed out map screen. They could have had added real contrast and brightness controls. The USB port is only a 2.0 NOT 3.0.
