Perfect fit for dominofix jig
This does work great with the dominofix jig. Problem at least on the bosch router is with the festool 20mm bit, this bushing limits the depth of the plunge ie the collet will bump into this, due to the short shank of the router bit you can only have about 1/4 inch of the festool bit in the router. It worked perfect (be sure to use a centering cone for the entire setup) but not ideal for sure. Not the bushings fault it worked great, just putting it here as an FYI. Followup on the dominofix jig, i would not recommend using this bushing. Not knocking the jig it's very well made however these type jigs can suffer from compounding errors. Bosch router + bushing + short shanking the bit is a lot of additional things (even when centering the bit) to introduce a slight error which can compound. Lots less compounded error chance if you used a festool router. I was a bit off over 4 or 5 feet however it wasn't an ideal setup due to using all of the adaptors (who knows could have also been my surface i was routing had some flex too). It will work fine just a pain in the rear compared to using the festool router.

Oddball large size guide bushing that fits my Porter Cable router
I needed this odd size router guide bushing for a project & it had to fit my Porter Cable router base. It fit my router perfectly & functioned very well. The only difference was the thread size on the locking ring. But since I plan to keep the locking ring on the guide busing in storage, it will never get mixed up with the genuine PC guide bushing rings.

Works great with the 10 Minute Workshop LTJ30
I bought this 30mm bushing to use with the 10 Minute Workship LTJ30 loose tenon (Domino on the cheap) jig. Fits perfectly in the plunge base (DNP612) of the Dewalt DW611 compact router and is tight in the jig. I waxed both and it slides great.

Perfect for MFT tables
Need it to cut holes for a MFT table. Did the trick.

I bought one of these to supplement a set of Katsu threaded bushes - I needed a second 30mm bush. I have sub-bases on my routers that are threaded to accept the Katsu/Leigh/Porter-Cable bushes without the need for the separate lock ring. The Trend bush has the same diameter thread, but for some reason that I can’t fathom, has a different pitch. So it will not screw into my router bases. Returned for refund - no trouble at all, thanks Amazon. But who in Trend had the bright idea of using a different thread from the rest of the industry?

Brilliant.... I own a TRITON ROUTER and even contacting TRITON , I couldn't buy just 30mm guidebush to use in my countertop jig.i would have to buy. $79 kit or as they put it buy a trend unibase and 30mm guide bush. I already own a MILESCRAFT Baseplate and guide bush set. This TREND 1 3/16"/30mm guidebush fits into the largest guidebush and being brass is tighten down tight and fits secure and tight. So I highly recommend this bushing.it was cheap solid brass and being TREND is precision made quality.

This was exactly what I needed, it fit perfect into my router plate and into the router template channel and provided a perfect cut. Would definitely buy again but because it's so solid I'm sure I won't need another for years.

For some reason these are really hard to find in any local stores, or online. The price is a bit higher than expected, but it did the job and fit my jig and router, so I was able to get the job done.
