Great bed, 1 durability/quality flaw that creates a safety issue
Update: 5/6/22. After having owned this bed for 2 years and having been relatively happy with it, I have noticed a major issue 2-years later. The bed is really well built and heavy duty in all regards except the legs. The bed comes with 3 leg extensions for each leg, I've found that installing anything more than one extension per leg causes them to eventually tilt. I followed all instructions, made sure they were properly threaded and tightened, but I think the bed weight is just too much once you stick a mattress on it for these plastic (metal core) legs. This created a huge safety concern for me as my pets crawl under the bed frequently and if it were to eventually collapse, the weight of the bed would make injury a pretty sure bet. I've reverted to using one section on each bed leg. For a bed this size, weight, and quality I am disappointed in the feet and can no longer recommend it as 5-stars.2 years ago: Ok so...adjustable beds I typically think of as like granny level old people gear. BUT, I have chronic pain and decided I wanted to be able to adjust my sleeping position in the hope that the pain would be improved. This bed is made from super high quality materials and I am very impressed with it. The assembly was simple. The adjustment is very smooth and quiet, the underbed lighting is nice, the positions you can put the bed in are many and varied and you can change them by very small increments. The massage is more like just random shaking centered around your upper back, I don't like that feature very much. It is also exceptionally heavy and while it usually comes with white glove service, mine was curbside due to COVID...I had to hire guys to carry this up the stairs, it it incredibly heavy and comes in one solid piece. There are three things I am not super fond of with this bed...1) DO NOT SIT ON THE FOOT OF THE BED. It tells you in the instructions and in several other spots. It's very difficult for me to remember not to do this.2) You are FOR SURE gonna pop a cat's bits if it crawls under there while you are adjusting it. Since the adjustment fixture is made out of super heavy steel, this is probably a death sentence for your cat/small dogs. I am super paranoid about it and only adjust the bed with the door shut once I've verified all the cats are out of the room.3) The app is a joke. Not only are all the adjustment buttons in the app mapped incorrectly, but they also mostly don't work. I've been able to get the bed parts to move one or two increments in the app before it starts moving them in the opposite direction using the same button. Stick to the remote.All in all, the issues are minor and the superior construction/materials make this a top choice for adjustable bedframes. I am 100% happy with my purchase at this price point, even with the issues above.

Good experience with bed and my specific seller
Completely satisfied with my Glide away queen bed frame. My seller was New Rooms Direct, and they fulfilled my order perfectly. Answered my many questions promptly and were very reliable. Could not be happier. My photo shows the bed in elevation mode, which was the main reason for purchasing.The truck delivery was amazingly quick, and the guys who brought it were able to put it together without too much trouble. I do suggest doing research on the glideaway site so that you are familiar with the process.

Zero gravity is awesome!
I love this bed. I’ve played around with settings, but the pre-set zero gravity is best for me. Be sure to buy a mattress that is compatible with the bed.

This company does not care at all about customer service
voice activation of the bed did not work, and when I called customer service I was told that a technician would be out within 48 hours. It's been over a month and over 10 phone calls later directly to the manufacturer and I've received nothing but run around. Today I received a call from the technician, I asked him if he had the part in hand because he was planning on driving over 5 hours One Direction to do the work and his answer was no. I let him know that it probably wasn't a good idea to drive 10 hours without the part in hand and I inquired why it has been over 30 days when I was told 48 hours.If you like poor customer service being lied to given a run around and waiting months for something and then when you call being hung up on by the warranty department and being told to call back on Monday. Then this is the company for you. I am advising my 77 year-old father to return the bed and I would advise anyone reading this review to avoid this company at all costs. .
