Good value
Exceptional for the value. Very durable shell. Not exactly scratch resistant but the out shell material and design cover minor scratches well. The zippers on the outside function better than most I’ve experienced. The inside of the cases are lined with nice what appears to be rip proof materials. Zippers on the inside are well attached to fabric and appear to be durable and easy to work. The caster wheels are strong and move easily over flat and rugged surfaces. Good product.

Durable
I love the color, the wheels make it easy moving, great space inside. I am 69 years old I have to say if I fill the large one it is hard for me to handle but My son has no problem lifting in my trunk. Great quality. Glad I brought it

Takes A Licking, Keeps On Ticking
We have taken this luggage through airports checked and unchecked and have dragged them in and out of more places than I can count, and they still look new inside and out. The red color is pretty and stands out in the crowd at baggage claim. The zippers work perfectly and hold up beautifully. Even the large suitcases weigh practically nothing, and the wheels cannot be beat in maneuverability or durability even with us piggybacking our backpacks on top of them. The telescoping handles are also very sturdy and durable. I would give this set of luggage ten stars if I could!

Scratches after one trip, but serves its purpose.
I’m super bummed that the suitcase is now scratched after one trip through the airport. I can only imagine how it’ll look after just 10 more trips. Originally, the suitcases’ appearances were gorgeous.I bought two of these because two of my canvas suitcases got ruined. I spent over $200 for two of these suitcases, expecting them to last a while aesthetically.Yes, they are durable. The zippers get caught or stuck sometimes, but come loose with a little elbow grease.I like the large pocket in the back of the suitcase, which I used for our family’s dirty clothes. It is very large, and kept my clothes organized and clean. It is also pretty lightweight. The suitcases came with a TSA-only locks and a user-passcode, however I didn’t set them up. It came with clear instructions on how to set up the passcode.

Tough as Nails but not Scartch-proof
Traveling can be a true test of a luggage’s mettle, and my latest trip was no exception. The airline’s baggage handlers aren’t known for their gentle touch, and my luggage was subjected to the full brunt of their efficiency. Despite this, I’m pleased to report that the structural integrity of my suitcase remained uncompromised. It’s a testament to the durability of the design and materials used. The Good: The luggage’s hard shell exterior, reinforced corners, and sturdy zippers held up admirably. There were no dents or damages to the contents, which is more than I can say for some of my past travel companions. The wheels and handles, often the first casualties of rough handling, performed flawlessly, rolling smoothly from the airport to the hotel lobby. The Not-So-Good: However, it wasn’t all smooth sailing. While the luggage’s resilience is commendable, its ability to resist surface damage is less so. The once pristine exterior now sports a network of scratches and scuffs, a permanent record of its journey through conveyor belts and cargo holds. It seems that while the luggage can take a hit, it can’t quite hide the evidence of its travels.Final Thoughts: In conclusion, if you’re looking for luggage that will protect your belongings and withstand the rigors of modern travel, this is a solid choice. But if you prefer your travel gear to look as good as new after each trip, you might want to consider a luggage cover or a different material that’s less prone to scratching. In the end, it’s a trade-off between brawn and beauty—and this luggage certainly has the muscle.

Put to the test
Performed marvelously - flown to France, taken on four train rides and a bus ride, hauled up the stairs of the Paris metro and down the stairs of the Paris metro, pulled through a Strasbourg rain shower...This was my son's suitcase. The poor boy's mother is ideologically opposed to calling a cab or uber when one can get somewhere just as quickly, and possibly more surely, by walking. My bored son pushed the suitcase on its four wheels, he pulled it on its two wheels (not very particular as to which two wheels)... bang up the curb, bang down the curb; he even (respectfully) kicked it along its way. This case was a trooper. It literally put in miles across bumpy cobblestones and bumpier cobblestones. To be fair, I was up against the same challenges. We both ended up taking shortcuts. The handle is quick to expand and retract, which is very helpful when facing the labyrinth of hallways and staircases in the Paris metro. But at the end, if we saw just six stairs we wouldn't even bother - we would carry it via the telescopic handle. This 20-inch was light and easy to carry. Which came in handy when we had to haul it 5 stories up a spiral staircase to a 'charming rooftop' air bnb (and then back down). It also did well being checked on the flight. We were neither careful nor gentle with this suitcase, but it did get one heck of an adventure with us.Highly recommend.

Great suitcases!
I have used them for a couple of trips now (one over seas) and they have held up well. The wheels are smooth and make it much easier to push than my other suitcases. No issues with the handles. They are lighter than my old suitcases that were Swiss brand so I can pack more stuff to fit the weight requirements! They have an expandable option which is nice. There is a divider for one side to keep all your contents on that one side, but if you lift up the not divided side, all your stuff dumps out. The design of the shell makes it easy to spot yours out of all the others, even with the dark grey color that I picked. Super happy with my purchase.

Light and spacious
I only used it once so I’m not sure about the durability but so far I am satisfied .

Excellent Quality Luggage
This luggage is easy to manoeuver, as it is light weight but lots of room for clothing.

But how long will it last
This is a clam shell designed piece of luggage that is light weight and highly maneuverable. The only drawback is a lack of internal dividers other than a net between top half and bottom half other than a strap. I used a strong plastic sheet to keep things from sagging to the bottom when pulled along but things have a tendency to tumble out when the bag is first opened after a being handled by the airline baggage crew. Functional bit not particularly stylish.
