Not sure what the sizing means but it’s not inches. I ordered a medium and will return and buy a small. It’s a nice belt though! But take one size smaller.

This is a quality genuine leather belt with decent hardware. Really great value. Definitely worth the buy.

Very stylish but didn't last long. The leather straps making up the braids snapped quickly. I'm not an overly large person trying to hold myself in with this belt so it's not as if undue pressure was put on it. I'm an average-sized person who wants my pants to stay up. It does the job but I wouldn't buy it again, this belt becomes unattractive very quickly and who wants to wear something that makes an outfit look worse rather than better?

Great belt without breaking the bank.

This is a great belt and being real leather should make it durable. It's as well made and attractive as other much more expensive belts I own. It seems to run a little large but it comes with instructions to shorten if needed.
