I'd give this 0 stars if possible. Highly disappointed given the reviews. Deep charged as directed, downloaded the app, tried to register that doesn't work, continue trying to pair that doesn't work, follow all instructions in pamphlet and faq those don't work. Try a factory reset... You guessed it... Didn't work... Ideally for the price point had the product synced and had small discrepancies as far as heart rate, bp, or steps it would have been a great product even a 5. The product seems well made for an inexpensive model the band is great. But it doesn't work, the app doesn't work, so it doesn't work for me. Time to print up a refund label and just spend the extra money on a comparable Fitbit.

The tracker is easy to set up and to use, and most of the functions (step count, calories burned, etc) appear to be accurate. However, the heart rate and blood pressure readings are wildly inaccurate! I compared the fitness tracker's heart rate and BP readings to readings from a calibrated BP cuff. My true heart rate was around 55 beats per minute (BPM) resting, but the tracker reading fluctuated between 85 and 63 then back to 85 as new readings were displayed. The BP readings were even worse. While the tracker showed my BP to be 104/68, the cuff showed 135/80! Just now the BP read 97/63! Don't count on this tracker to give you accurate heart and BP readings. If those numbers are important to you, find another tracker. This is a low-priced fitness tracker, and you get what you pay for.UPDATE: It appears the distance function is also inaccurate. I walked a measured 3 mile course today and the tracker showed a distance of 2.60 miles. Think I'll return this "pedometer" and try to find something (besides a Fitbit) that actually does more than count steps.

This fitness tracker is not accurate with my steps, it said I walk 3000 steps while being at home for a few hours I may have walked 1000 Max.The heart rate is hit or miss, while working out it told me my heart rate was about 80 but it was more like 130.While getting my kiddos to sleep, it tracked that I was sleep, which I could understand but it was incorrect about it.I also don't receive messages notifications.I will be sending this back.

5/7/19 **Edit** Watch started just switching screens on its own non-stop, now it is useless :(Just received this today so I really haven't gotten to mess with it a lot. But so far I like it. My wife has a Fitbit Charge HR and I compared them to see how off they were cause some people were saying it wasn't accurate. But they were either reading the same or off by 1 or 2. I got this specifically for the heart rate for my anxiety, so having an accurate number is important for me.I'm not the biggest guy ( 5'6"/150lbs ) so I do have smaller wrists and it fits nice and it's comfortable to wear. If you have larger wrists, I still have 8 more holes to make it bigger so you should fine as well. The touch screen on it is really nice looking and responsive ( I can't stand it when they have that delay ). I'm using an iphone with this. Downloaded JYouPro off the app store and it was really easy to setup. It's all very self explanatory. I think there was people complaining about the manual that comes with the watch. But I didn't have any issues I couldn't figure out with it.If you're looking for a nice cheap fitness watch to keep track of your vitals, I would recommend this one.

Product does not provide any real time information, it only shows the last reading taken from the app on your phone. So you can't look down while your working out to see Pulse or pace, calories or whatever else, because it will only show you the last reading taken from the app on your phone.Display showing pulse, or pace or calories, etc is very small and hard to read.I've returned the item to Amazon.

I returned this because it was counting every movement I made as a step. Also, the app was kind of lame, as well as not send messages to the device. I followed the instructions and it still did not work. But, the biggest issue was that it was not accurate, me getting dressed does not count as steps. I feel bad for saying all this because the guy who runs this seller platform is really nice, but the product doesn't work. Sorry dude.After I returned this, I just coughed up the extra money for a Garmin, and it works very well. So, the conclusion is, don't pinch pennies, just go for it and get the nice one. Again sorry to the dude who runs this platform.

Set up was easy. Worked for about 12 hours. Set it up and wore it to bed. It tracked sleep but woke and there were lines running through the screen that come and go. Most of the time they are there and you cannot use it while they are there. It also goes on and off constantly, even when laying in the counter. It constantly runs through everything in it....blinking and flipping through everything in it until the battery finally died. Also I would turn it off and it would just turn itself back on. It s possessed i think. I will be returning it. It also did not track steps correctly. I would take 10 steps and it would record 30. No lie.

i still have not gotten an answer aboutneeding support for this watch. I still don't know how to use half of it and cannot sign on. I sent a message through fb and all the company did was to say they would help me anytime i want it but there is now contact information that can be found. The manual is very lame and not very informative. the watch works pretty well, at least the part i can get to work but I still give them a 1 star because of the false information about a warranty and no where to send warranty information and not life time tech support because there is no way to contact tech support... at least that I have found :/ UPDATE: sorry to say it quit taking any measurements last night and since I can't get any tech support I am returning it.
