Wonderful product! I can wear it underneath my clothes (with slight discomfort but only because I have sensitive skin) and it will remain hidden. No one will be able to tell you're wearing it unless you have a shirt with a wide neck collar. It does fit me, but I have it tightened almost to the limit, which concerns me that it may not fit people with smaller stature than me (I'm 6ft tall). Most importantly, it does work! It keeps me from slouching excessively and even causes me to bend my legs instead of my back when reaching over. 10/10 would recommend!

This product *reminds* you to have good posture; it doesn't *force* you to. That is, if you have bad posture, then the straps will dig into your armpits or upper ribs and make you feel quite uncomfortable until you sit/stand up tall and put your shoulders back. The product doesn't physically prevent you from having bad posture.I tend to keep my shoulders slightly forward when sitting at a desk, which causes some discomfort with the straps, but that's a good thing because I need to learn good sitting posture.Overall, the product is comfortable, aerated, padded, and easy to adjust. Happy I bought it.

Prior to purchasing this Item, I believed my posture was not an issue. Originally, I purchased this for my wife to help her posture as she complained of lower back pain. Curiosity overcame me, and i tried it. I wear it at work during down time when I am on the computer as i noticed that is when i began to slouch. It gives me the tightness i need to remind myself to sit up correctly.It does have narrow straps, but the padding helps as it is adjust to maneuver.it has help decrease a lot of my back pain as i lessened the strain.,

This back brace definitely assisted me to reinforce a good posture behavior while working/sitting. This product to me is not comfortable around the armpit region at all its got a scratchy feeling to it and is not comfortable in the least if you were to have this under a shirt or wearing just this for up top.For posture reasons and price and build quality seems rather sturdy to me but knocking one star off due to the scratchy feeling especially around the shoulders and armpit area.

I was very excited to receive my posture corrector! As soon as it arrived, I tried it on. The device seemed to be made very well, and the velcro was super strong. While wearing, I knew it was always there reminding me to stand up straight, however, because I have a petite build, I could not get it tight enough to prevent me from slouching. I contacted customer service to ask some questions, and they were very prompt to respond. I was very impressed by this.

For the past 2 years, I've been working at a call center, at a desk, in front of 4 monitors for 10 hours a day with limited opportunity to get up and move. My shoulder and neck have become such a nuisance, I thought I'd try this posture corrector for relief. It's well made and definitely pulls the shoulders back in place. I've only been using it for 2 days but I can feel a difference! So far, so good!

This does help as far as helping with your posture. I bought it to wear at work as I am at the computer most of the time. I had considerably less neck and shoulder pain at the end of the day when I wore it. However it is kind of. uncomfortable it rubs under the arms. I would definitely suggest wearing it over a t shirt. it also does not hide well under clothes. Over all though I am happy with it.

It's does the job and makes my posture better but the only downside is the straps are kind of sharp on the edges and scratches my back skin a lot so I cannot wear it under my shirt, it has to go over. And as other reviewers mentioned isn't shores friendly, meaning that you cannot do much once you have it on without feeling uncomfortable (it's fine if you are in front a computer or eating)
