Fits big! Has a draw string so totally doable. The ankle part is wide, wide leg. I'm not really a fan of how wide the legs are but they are comfortable, light weight, breathable, seem to be well made.

Pants are super high waisted, stretchy and lightweight. They feel good but too long. I’m 5”6 230 pounds and got the xl so I think they do run a bit big because normally I would wear a xxl. Even with my high sole sneakers I’m still stepping on hems. I should have got the petite I guess. If your tall, they should be great!

They are a great material. Very comfortable to wear for hours at work. Lightweight. Great pockets. The only problem I have with them is that I am 5'4 and they rub the ground. Besides that they're a perfect fit. I would definitely buy another pair

I really like the style and they’re super comfortable. I’m 5’6”, 125lbs and could easily wear the XS, but I’m keeping the S because I don’t mind the extra room and the fabric hangs well. My only complaint is the wrinkles. I washed them twice but the fold lines (from the packaging) didn’t budge. The label says to use a cool iron, but even a very hot iron took a lot of work to smooth out those lines. If I have to keep doing that, I might change my rating.

These pants are awesome. I'm 5’7, just over 200, approx 43-inch hips so I ordered the x large regular length. They are slightly baggy but the waist is elastic with a drawstring. Very comfy. I love them! I ordered a second pair in a large. They fit very well. Still plenty of room. The fabric is nice, wrinkle-free, and looks great. They washed nice, with no fading or shrinking. I ordered the black. The fabric keeps its rich color. Order them! But I would suggest you don't size up. They are ample.

I’m 5’11 and typically get tall pants. I’ve bought the tall in these pants, but sent back as they are way to long. They drug on the ground even with wearing Dansko shoes. Otherwise they fit good. I’ve purchased the extreme stretch in tall and they are it as long as these and fit better. So I will stick with that style.

I have worn Dickies Scrub pants for years. They are comfortable, flexible and flattering. I'm 5'5 and they are a touch long on me. I wear the Regular length. They also run a tad large but I usually wear a medium-large pant size and I buy a Large and they fit good with lots of room.

Love the Dickies scrubs; petite length is perfect for me (5’1), colour lasts after washing, doesn’t need ironing, very comfy.

The only scrub trousers I’ll buy - robust, flattering and affordable. I wear these scrub bottoms every day and they haven’t shown any sign of wear and tear after over a year of heavy use. So comfortable, just like wearing pyjamas!
