Are these used stoves? There are a ton of reviews that say they bought new stoves that arrived clearly used, covered in food and grease.

Yes. I bought one Sterno stove. When it arrived, was clearly used. Contacted Amazon and they sent another. I deposited return package of 1st stove up the street, then later - same day - went down the street to pick up the replacement (Amazon locker). Opened it. Again - CLEARLY USED. I actually wondered if the delivery person just put my return into my pick up box. Did not try a third time. FYI, that was not the only thing we've purchased lately from Amazon that had been used.

is it possible to use a 7 oz Sterno entertainment cooking fuel with this stove instead of the 450 camp heat?

Thanks for reaching out! Yes, the Sterno 70308 Outdoor Folding Camp Stove is compatible with the 7oz Sterno Entertainment Fuel.
