My daughter has been very pleased with this Hooverboard. We've only had it a day or two but so far it is working great and was basically ready to ride out of the box.Update! 2/24/2020 - The charging port inside of the hoverboard got loose and now won't hold a charge. I have reached out to the manufacturer and distributor since it is under the warranty. I started this conversation early Feb and the last communication I had with them was two week ago and I still have an unusable hoverboard. Since I am being ignored I figured I would update my 5 star review and bring it down to very poor communication and not standing behind their warranty. The manufacturer completely ignored my inquiry and the distributor pinned me on the manufacturer. I have an unhappy child right now :-(

The charging cord is cheap. It doesn't charge my baby's hoverboard plus it did not come with a storage case. My daughter can't enjoy her toy cos this company sells faulty product. I'm so upset about this and my window to return closed days ago. I feel if you want to make this right on both sides then email me for a solution at [email protected] than that, I have nothing good to say cos my child is upset over her toy!

It can’t hold a charge and it dose not let you go at least 3mph and it is just horrible
