Very sturdy and the wielding is on point. Pretty much looks like the TRX brand. The lack of one star was due to the price.PRO:1.) Sturdy2.) Nice WieldingCON:1.) Kind of expensive2.) The screw is very long, so you'll have to make sure you have sufficient ceiling space above to install the unit.

I purchased this to go with the wife's TRX Christmas gift.The bracket is pretty dang heavy an very well made. Where the cross hoops connect to the flat mount the welds very nice and the powder coat finish looks to keep the mount rust free for a few years.I did not use the supplied lag bolts (for concrete walls) or the lag bolts for wooden studs. The bolts, in my opinion only, would have required a bit of pre-drilling to ensure the wall studs would not split, especially since the two bolts would be within ~4 inches of each other.Instead, I went to the local big box home improvement center and bought 2.5 in decking screws that were load rated at over 800lb. Much more than my wife or I weigh. I combined these screws with two washers each ( one smaller that would prevent the screwhead from pulling through the larger washer, and the larger washer prevents the screw and smaller washer from puling through the wall mount).Once I found a suitable stud, I mounted the bracket at the 8 ft mark to give us a bit of working room with the TRX straps. The bracket is suggested to be mounted between 7 to 9 ft, as we use our TRX within the garage with 16 ft ceilings, the 8 ft height was easy to achieve.

Put this thing on with ANY tension and it bunches up in the back and shoots right into your arm pits. A complete failure.

**Update 1/27/15** I was contacted by the customer support department for Zen Junkies today, just one day after having received my order. I am incredibly impressed by their vigilance, as I did not expect to hear anything from them about my issue. It would be unreasonable to expect errors never occur, but what was truly unexpected was the level of concern and attention they have given to given to correcting it. Thank you, Zen Junkies! Five stars for customer service!**Original 1/26/15** Having owned the TRX wall mount and now this Zen Junkie version, both will do the job you need it to. However the TRX model was a bit more well finished. The paint on the TRX version, used as a protective coating on the metal plate, had a smoother finish. There are some drip spots on the Zen Junkie version.However, this isn't the reason for a reduced rating. I received my order today, and all that was included was the plate. Zero hardware was included. None. So now I'll be spending the difference in price to go to the hardware store and purchase what's needed for mounting.

What you would expect. Solid, works as intended. Seems like it could cost less, but consider it has to take your bodyweight and not fail from repeated use over time, it needs to be beefy.

Great product. Exactly as described. Extremely sturdy when attached to joists. I am 6'5" 230lbs and have no problems doing any exercises with the wall mount.

Good quality bracket and wood lag bolts. I'd guy again and might to also have a wall mount.

good product but four holes would be better.
