I had tried other incontinence supplements and didn't see any difference. After the 8 weeks they recommend I was able to change back to a #2 light incontinence liner from a #3 or higher. Sometimes the #2 lasts a full 24 hours. I am pleased with this product and plan to continue. I do wish it came in "shot" size for travel for when I am going to be gone for a night or two. I usually mix it with a little orange juice and zero calorie mango drink and make a frozen drink for my breakfast. I add my powdered vitamins and powdered fiber and blend it in before adding the ice. Great drink and filling with my cereal.

It came expired. Says 01/2021. My order came in February.

This is a huge bottle! The product tastes great. Not sure if it works as advertised but I've no problem with the product itself. Really easy to drink.

Ordered on February 18, 2021. Received on February 19, 2021. Just noticed that it also expired January 2021.

This actually tastes pretty good and is easy to swallow. I have had no bad side-effects from it. It has natural ingredients. It is a good supplement that has vitamin d3, of which I am lacking in. It also can be mixed in smoothies.

The media could not be loaded. This is the 4th time I've purchased this product. The 3rd delivery was delivered partially opened and leaked into the package. I contacted Amazon, they issued a refund I have yet to receive, then I ordered another one. I opened it up and a gush of air came out. Ok. Weird, but ok. Closed it then shook it up, then poured like I've always done. I had swallowed half of it, as the texture is gross to me, and as I got ready to swallow the rest of it, it started bubbling up and out of the bottle for several minutes before it slowed to a stop. I immediately spit out what i had in my mouth. It's never done this before. Buyer beware. This product helped me alot, but I'm done with this product and seller. Never again will I purchase this from Amazon. I just hope I don't get ill from what I ingested. Disgusting.

I'm not sure if this works or not, I got this for a family member experiencing incontinence. They did mention it helped but not to a very noticeable degree.

Like so many things “bladder control” is one of those things I took for granted when I was younger, like having a decent metabolism. Sigh…!Although it’s a bit counter-intuitive this is a liquid product that you can drink alone (a bit thick and sweet) or you can mix it with some water, juice, vodka…well maybe not that last one, hee hee.I really appreciate that there are no “extra” vitamins along for the ride; too many products include a bunch of other vitamins/minerals which can cause some real math headaches as I try to determine if I’m getting too much of something (I’m looking at you, Vitamin A, magnesium, etc.). I’m okay with the Vitamin D3 and I also appreciate the low sodium content. I don’t love the “sucralose” but at least it’s last on the ingredient list.It’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. The product listing clearly states that it takes 40 days to see a difference but I received just one bottle which only contains a 28-day supply.Unfortunately, while I’m grateful for the opportunity to try this product, I haven’t observed enough of a change to justify the list price ($41.62 ($1.48 / serving) when I ordered).Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful!
