I got this foot spa in July and is not working. I can’t get a response from the company. Not happy with service. I’ll probably have to eat theloss!!!!!

Noisy!
The massage rollers are noisy if you put any form of pressure on them. Never thought of using any type of bath oil in the foot bath, but I may need to to get a more comfortable feel. Not sure if that is recommended or not.

Amazon is trying to keep my money
I was only able to use the foot spa a few times before it just quit. I would not purchase this item ever again because it is horrible and I am planning on canceling my Amazon prime account because Amazon made promises and still has yet to return my money....

Missing manual
Is it supposed to include an instruction manual with warning notices and warranty info? Well packaged but nothing else in the box.

DO NOT BUY THIS
This product showed up USED! Nothing was in the original plastic, electrical cord was not tied up with the cable tie in the box, styrofoam packaging was broken and IT WAS DIRTY!!!!! Complete with someone's hair in the basin. It smelled like dirty feet. I have never been so grossed out in my life! Star rating is a -10. That's NEGATIVE 10.
