Not compatible with Sienna
We own a sienna. I bought this for my 8 year old child and I think it does not that perfect compatible for Sienna. It’s a bit higher for my child’s forehead even after adjusting it. Thinking it will work best if it is compatible with your seat head rest.

I am pleased
Sucks that you need to keep an eye on all the parts otherwise the head holder (adjustable strip) gets lost easy. Specially if you have kids. I gifted my mom this since she knocks out in the car all the time and she loves it

The velcro on this product sucks it does not hold strong. After using it for a couple of day it hold for less and less time.

Useless
Easy enough to buckle onto the car seat. Make sure that you can insert the buckles somewhere on the car seat behind the head of the child or this may not work for you. The band for the forehead seems flimsy. Not sure how long the velcro will hold during long rides.Update Oct. 23, 2021.Initially had this as 3 stars. I'd give it a zero if possible. Does not hold a toddler's head. The band to hold the forehead is definitely flimsy and does not stay on for long. Returning it.

It's okay , my toddler is not really a fan of it .I wish it was sewed on one end to provide more support. It removes rather quickly.

Le velcro n'est pas assez fort pour retenir une tête d'enfant, donc ca sert a rien sauf que je m'en sert pour mes chevilles 🤣

No so practical
I found so big and the head of my baby slide I tried it with 3 years old baby and toddler 4 years old with both less than 2 minutes my babies head slide and fall down I dislike
