You probably need to be a person of faith, pref. christian (because there are Bible quotes across the text), and you may need to get the main text this workbook is referring to - we both got the audio book on audible - and then, we just followed the steps every single step by step. In our experience, if you put down your scepticism and just follow the steps, it does work. We are closer now than we have ever been before, and I'm happy to answer any questions that anyone may have about how we did it - we were on the point of separating in fact I had been living separate from my other half for 6 weeks. And here we are, 5 months down the line, stronger than ever, and both working on our marriage every day, using the tools and exercises from the book.

This is the berry marital work look I have ever done. We got the book with it. It’s very applicable and biblical.

I would say every married couple should do this, at least once no matter your marriage age. Invest in work, for better work value. Invest in marriage for better relational value.
