I always start by soaking my feet for about 10 minutes beforehand, then wear the booties for around 90 minutes while watching TV or working on my computer. The real secret to great results? Continuing to soak your feet daily for about 20 minutes afterward. About five days later, the peeling process begins, and it's so satisfying! Just be sure to time it around when you won’t be showing off your feet, because things can get a little... flaky. But once it’s done, the results are incredible. This is a great product for the price! In the past I have used the other brand that cost $25 for 1 pair and while it works I rather spend $10 on 3 pairs for the same result! My feet were extremely dry and this is doing the job.

Not sure how I feel about them
I bought these after seeing great reviews, I unfortunately deal with cracked heels that sometimes get pretty thick and rough as well. I did the full 90 minutes but like it says on the packet for sensitive skin they recommend only doing 50. The tops of my feet were pretty red and irritated for a couple of days but I soaked them and rubbed cortisone cream on them and they were fine afterwards. My feet felt tight the 2nd day and by the 3rd day they were even tighter and very itchy. They started to peal on the 3rd day after I soaked them but my heels didn't peel like I was hoping and now being day 5, there's not much more pealing happening. I was hoping my feet would feel soft but it's not quite what I imagined they'd be, I'm going to wait a week and try it again.

I’m on day 6 and the peeling has stopped. I have done peels before, this one isn’t my favorite. I’m on my feet a lot at my job and have callouses on my big toe, It barely removed any of that skin.
