These hearing aids are better than my $2000.00 + Costco brand (I returned them) which are already a great deal compared with other overpriced models. I like the simplicity of the design - one volume dial and one, easily accessible mode button with 3 choices (1/conversation 2/restaurant-public area 3/outdoor-wind-nature). Costco brand has a complex iPhone app which constantly interfered with my other Bluetooth devices and was very very annoying.One minor point is that being over 6'2'', it turns out that I need longer than average sound tubes and this is where Neosonic showed their true colors - John answered my call promptly and shipped the extra parts immediately. many thanks, John!

This helped significantly with my high-frequency hearing loss. Having something in my ear is uncomfortable and takes some getting used to but that’s not this product’s fault.

I bought the Neosonic EZ for my elderly father to replace the $5k pair that finally broke after several years of service (and several expensive repairs along the way). The first model we purchased was the mini-rc model but it was too small for his elderly fingers. The excellent Customer Service rep “Lucy” recommended this cheaper and larger model instead and refunded me the difference. The quality is outstanding and on par with his more expensive former model, likely because of the improvements in technology through the last few years. However, the most impressive aspect of this purchase is the customer service. It’s a little daunting to purchase over the internet and forego the local (but much more expensive) Hearing Aid store where you can get immediate customer service. But Neosonic (Lucy) has provided near immediate feedback and response to my queries and problems (did I mention my father is elderly?), almost all of which were caused by accidents on our part. The quality of the product and the service are excellent. Don’t be afraid to purchase this product. Highly recommended.

BEST EVER -- No need to read more. No need to try any other hearing aids. NeoSonic provides the best aids on the market at an extremely low price. Customer service is stupendous - the best I have ever experienced.I had purchased other hearing aids from Amazon and they were very bad. NeoSonic has been a vast improvement and I am totally amazed at how well I am able to hear now. Give them a try - I'm sure you will LOVE them.
