I had alot of difficulty having to research the answers on this 1.

I highly recommend this book. I thought it would be a quick book to go over with my small group (5 chapters = 5 weeks). When I first started reading this book (the cover, the font used, etc.), I felt like this was a “girly” book that would be more light hearted. There is actually a lot of information and deeper [academic/theological] based ideas. The book also offered some new, eye-opening perspectives. (I considered myself a conservative in terms of my theology, so by new perspectives I don’t mean “new” theology).

I took this Bible study with Proverbs 31 ministries. So I know that the author prayed over the whole book and the future people that would go through the process of studying it. The study has lots of scripture to look up and it asks that one memorize 5 verses along the way. The So That idea is looking for the clauses that link commands or ideas to the results that are promised. Usually the Bible abbreviates these as just "that" For example the first verse is John 3:16 which I'll paraphrase. God gave his only begotten Son So that whosoever believes on Him would have everlasting life. The So That clauses are the results of things. She finds a lot of them and we memorize 5. I have to do my memorization after the study, The first one was familiar and therefore easy. The rest are all good ones to know. Wendy's ministry grew out of a tragedy that struck her as a young college graduate. She is a very mature Christain who loves to teach others from what she's learned along the way. I am thankful to have been able to do the study.

I've done many Bible Studies throughout the years; many of which were insightful and well written. This, I believe, is one of the best I've ever gone through. Wendy Blight takes you through so many of the valuable truths in God's Word and has a way of making them come real in your life. I KNOW I will be referring back to this book many times in the future as a constant reminder of the promises and precepts found in God's Word. "Living so that" is excellent in a group setting, but also conducive to individual study as well.

I was in the middle of another study when I started Living So That through Proverbs 31 Ministries. I enjoyed this book so much more! It is written very simply; Wendy was so straightforward in it.It was easy to get through each day's reading and questions. Some of the questions were very thought-provoking. Some of my answers surprised me.Between this study and a video from Beth Moore's Jesus the One and Only, my prayer life has changed! I plan on rereading this book after I get some others read. Very worth the read!

I just finished reading this book and doing an online Bible study through Proverbs 31 Ministries. Wendy Blight has shared such a wonderful study of how God can lead you from tragedy to triumph in the midst of the many struggles of life. This book is such a wonderful gift and tool that I will keep and use whenever I need encouragement. Wendy shared so many helpful scriptures and thought provoking questions that lead you deeper into what staying in faith is all about. I would highly recommend this book!

What a great way to work through the Bible, through the phrase "so that". It appears so many times throughout The Word, and Wendy Blight really makes it easy to see these verses through our own eyes and our own life. How can we apply God's Word into our daily life? How does it all make sense? It becomes so clear and I am so appreciative of Wendy Blight's book, and Bible Study through the Proverbs 31 ministry. Wonderfully and beautifully written - inspiring! One of the best bible study books I have ever read. I can not even express how much closer this book deepened my relationship with God and my understanding of the Bible. It is an unbelievable study that takes your heart, soul and mind to completely new depths. I can not begin to describe the difference in my heart and the healing that took place inside me after reading this book. Its a one of a kind extraordinary journey NOT to be missed!!

Few books apart from the Bible have changed my life as much as this one. It challenged me to look up Bible verses and go deeper into God's Word on a daily basis.

Did this as part of an online bible study and the book was amazing and has you use your bible A LOT making it the perfect morning book to aid in your study. The chapters are broken down into parts that equal five days each, which means you can do this monday-friday and then take weekends off and then start the next chapter on the following monday! Awesome layout.

I have been following this book with an online Bible Study group and have been enjoying it. It's not really intense, but goes deep enough to actually make a difference and forces you (in a nice way!) to actually get into the Word. It takes less than a half hour a day to do each section which fits perfectly into my routine.Thanks for creating a simple and effective Bible study tool!
