Decent product for the price. Nice to have choices in ear pieces.Background noise still a problem as all sounds are amplified.Now that I have had them a couple of weeks, I realize theyexceed my expectations as I can adjust them to rid most ofthe background noise.

Being retired and on a limited budget, my husband was reluctant to spend thousands of dollars on hearing aids that may or may not be beneficial. This hearing device has changed his life. This device has changed my life. Hearing problems not only effect the person with the defect, it also effects the people who love them. I'm happy to have him back and the volume on the TV normal again. Cannot be happier.

The hearing aid arrived one day after ordering it and it works great, better than the expensive one I lost. , it also fits in my ear perfect ....

I have had expensive hearing aids and find this one remarkably good in comparison. I will not be going back to the $3000.00 a piece of the high priced ones. My only complaint would be that the directionswhich came with it has a picture naming the parts that do not match up with the hearing aid I received. I’m using it but am confused about all of the different functions that the directions say I have. I haven’t gotten around to calling the number given for assistance but will be doing that soon. I’m grateful for your offer for assistance through this number.
