Purchased for use while working on the laptop as my previous chair was years old and beginning to fall apart. It arrived ahead of the stated delivery times which was a bonus and the supplier was super quick in responding to a question.A point that maybe worthy of note is the box in which the chair is packed is very large and weighs just over 20kg.However,the chair is made of quality materials and is surprisingly heavy. You get pictograph style assembly instructions which are easy to follow and all screws etc. are provided. You don't need any tools of your own as an "allen" key is supplied. Assembly is not difficult but from a personal point of view it would be better if 2 people were to do it as the back and seat when assembled are quite heavy and unwieldy making it difficult to position on the gas strut.It took me about an hour from unpacking to final assembly, but I am knocking on a bit in age and am also left handed which puts me at a disadvantage in this right handed world :-(In conclusion, I'm very happy with this chair, it's comfortable and the raise/lower/tilt mechanism is smooth. For those who are concerned about weight capacity I am 5ft 9ins and 84kg.I would recommend this chair to anyone who is looking for a quality product that should last a very long time.

Not easy to assemble. Probably made in China - cheap components at best. 0 comfort, it’s as solid as wood plank. Loudest, noisiest chair ever produced. The squeaking noises are to a different level. When I sit down I wake up the entire neighbourhood. Hoped with age and wearing it in will get better. On the contrary. Even more noises with more damage to my back because of the posture and non existing comfort regarding on how much you try to adjust it. Don’t waste your money. Go with the real thing, the reliable brands around if you really want to invest in a chair that does the job. This doesn’t. Would not recommend.

Got the chair about 3 months ago and the backrest is already broken. The welding on the right side of the backrest broke off in 2 spots of the frame, the chair cant support my weight as it always drops down a few inches whenever i sit on it and it never dropped until a month ago, im around a 100kg's and the chair supports up to 150 so im a bit confused. Also the reclining mechanism gets stuck on to something whenever i try to use it. Im always gentle with the chair, i never try to drop my bum down on the chair whenever i sit down and i never tried to pressure the backrest to a point where the weldings could break.

So I got this chair looking at amazon reviews as werll as onlie reviews and they were good reviews.So when the cjhair arrived i eargerly built teh chaire and sat on it it. Immediately I noticed a few issues.1 - the base and gas lift of the chair is too far back on the mechanism2 - there are no TILT controls other than the lever to move the backrest. so you cannot tilt the actual seat to support you kneesthis combination leaves the chair leaning more to the front and give teh feeling that is you lean too far forward you will tile the balance of the chair to the front and fall..I triued to expplain this to the brazen support team and all they could say was to check the videos. THere are NO official videos and they would only say that their chair has won awards and that they have sold 100,000s of them.I was simply asking them for help. I am not happy with their level of service and simply cannot reccomend anyone on amazon to look into buying these chairs. I now will have to look for another chair!

I’m writing this review as a long term report after having this chair for a year. I’m now a home worker so have sat in this thing for several hours a day, every working day and also a couple of hours a day for gaming most days, so it’s had a lot of use. I’m 6’ 3” and around 100kg, but it’s still supportive & comfortable after all that use, the base cushion has sagged slightly over time, as expected, but that’s not an issue. The neck pillow I like and gives supper, the lumbar cushion I removed as I find it makes you sit too far forward. Not sure I’d pay the current full price of £229.99 but for the price I paid (£99.99) it was an absolute bargain, so keep an eye out for another deal as prices fluctuate a lot.

This was a very very bad buy, for the cost it's made very cheap....Arrived damaged, no help from seller; after they say the will send replacement parts. I would avoid this chair. Not good to buy online as maybe cheaper, but problems hard to resolve. Very disappointed

I give 4 stars because the button that should be pressed for the armrest to be lifted was broken the very 1st time (!) I used it, so it was faulty initially. Thankfully I can still adjust the armrest just by pressing the button inside the plastic cover of the armrest so didn't cause much hassle.Just dissapointed that this happen during the 1st use, but I can ask to receive a new handle due to the 2-year warranty. Just don't want to do it now because of the lockdown- don't want to go the to post to return the broken one. Will do as soon as the lockdown is finished and will change to 5 stars if everything is ok!Generally is a totally comfortable chair, i am very happy with my purchase! It is sturdy-heavy (although i am generally lightweight, so not the best person to judge). Really like the inclination , I even overslept on the chair, if that matters!
