Air Tight, Retains Freshness
The canister has a nice soft rubber ring to ensure an air-tight seal to help keep my coffee fresh. It holds about a lb. and a half - so a full lb. bag goes in when empty with plenty of room at the top. No worries about overfilling. The scoop is the perfect size and is a nice, solid metal. That said, it is too long to keep inside the canister when full and there is no 'holder' on the side to hold it, but I consider that a small inconvenience (-1 star in 'easy to use' category). The handle is a great length to get that last scoop out of the bottom of the canister without having to shove your hand in.The 'clip' closure is fairly thin, but solid metal that does not bend when closing/sealing the canister. So has a solid feel that's great for daily use with an expected lifetime of many years.I have also run it through the dishwasher once and after dry, the seal continued to hold tight.9/10 would buy again.

Beautiful and functional
This coffee canister now sits on my counter, and it comes with a perfect scoop measuring spoon for 8 oz. of coffee. It is silver, sturdy, and has a little click seal to keep the coffee fresh. It has some kind of a dating thing on the top, where I guess you keep track of how fresh the coffee is. My coffee never lasts that long, so I don't think I will ever use this feature. The canister arrived on time, and no scratches or dents on it. I'm really pleased with this purchase.

Tried three; this is def the best of them
I buy coffee out of the country in bulk because I have yet to find anything local that’s as good. And it costs a fraction of the price of US coffee. But since it’s lasts 6 months, I need to keep it fresh.First I bought Coffee Gator because I loved the name, texture, and color choices (I’m not a fan of stainless because it always looks dirty as soon as you touch it). However, the canisters came smaller than advertised and all of these are tiny as is. Theirs only holds 1.1lbs of beans. So I returned them. Then I bought Braviie. It came as advertised with a nice thank you/care card. It looks high quality and seals well. And doesn’t have a big tacky logo on the side. So I bought more since I have about 10lbs of coffee to preserve.I needed another one so I tried the Womice. It came with a travel cup which I need for camping. And it looks nearly identical. But the clasp is slightly crooked and the top doesn’t look quite as high quality when I compare them side by side; it has hairline scratches on it; and although it advertises that the can holds 1.4lbs, its slightly shorter than the Braviie. And while it does come with an attached spoon & spoon holder, which many will find handy, I’d prefer to keep mine in the drawer so it doesn’t become dusty. It’s going back and I’m ordering another Braviie. For me, Braviie is the clear choice. I only wish they’d make a larger size. (Many reviewers are citing needing a canister that holds 2lbs of coffee; I don’t understand why no such canister exists.) And I wish the spoon was offered as optional. I don’t need 6 spoons in the drawer and I now have a ton of extras going to waste ...

Bought Two, One Great, The Other One, Well....
I've bought two of these because I'm buying anywhere from 32 to 40 ounces of coffee beans at a time. The first one that I bought has been excellent, the second canister that I bought is very good, but the month and date dials in the cover are really stiff and do not turn easily. It's not a big deal because the date is on the other canister, and coffee doesn't last long enough around my house to be a concern. If I had only bought the one with the stiff dials, I wouldn't be very happy about it. As far as the performance of the canister for what it's suppose to do, they're excellent. The cover closes up tight and seals well, it really does keep coffee fresher for longer. The overall unit is well constructed and durable, and hasn't been overthought by manufacturer. That, and it the price is right for what it is. The Coffee Gators just seemed really expensive, and I don't see how they'll do the job better than these. I've read the complaints about the coffee scoop not having mounting bracket on the side, it might be nice, but hasn't made big difference to me.

Made for me.
This is the perfect coffee canister for me. I'm the only person in the house who drinks coffee, so it holds the perfect amount. It perfectly fits a 12 oz bag of coffee with enough room for the scoop already included. It's very to open. The lid has a knob-like expiration date setter. I don't use it since my coffee is gone before it expires. This canister keeps coffee fresh and it looks very nice.

Keeps the Coffee Fresh
We've been using 3 of these canisters for over a year now and I've found they do a great job of keeping our coffee fresh. I've used it with both ground and whole bean coffee and haven't noticed any significant loss in freshness while in the canisters. They are nice and easy to open and to seal. The one way vent allows the smells to fill the cabinet so you'll want to make sure you don't have anything that will absorb the smell stored in the same confined space.

Does the job well
I bought 3 of these because my husband and I each prefer different strengths of coffee, and I also like to keep decaf on hand. I got tired of the mess of various bags on the counter, so I was looking for something to tidy things up. These canisters filled the bill. To be honest, we don't use the date wheel in the top since we consume our beans long before they ever would expire. I put a label near the band at the top to identify the contents of each canister. It would have been nice if the scoop could be attached to the outside of the container, but it certainly wasn't a deal-breaker. I just store the scoops inside the containers. The quality of the containers is great and the stainless steel is easy to keep clean. The Large size easily holds the standard grocery store bag of coffee and more if you need it. I would highly recommend these. I read reviews, a "Top Ten Coffee Canisters" list, and compared price points. For me, this was the best value for the money.

Keeping coffee fresh.
We ordered fresh roasted coffee beans monthly. This canister keeps coffee's favors better than that in airtight plastic containers at the end of monthly storage period .

Nice canister, shame NO replacement CO2 valves as advertised
Ordered first item which arrived quickly however the 3 replacement CO2 valves were missing and canister had a small dent on bottom edge so it was returned for a full refund. Ordered a second canister hoping valves would be supplied which arrived the next day but no valves in sight (so the add is obviously wrong). Fortunately the second canister was not damaged.

CO2 valves
I really like this coffee container. This is my second order. I only got one CO2 value, not three valves for both of my orders. Do I suppose to get 3 CO2 valves as mentioned in one of the pictures?

Fast delivery but like others no 3 replacement CO2 valves included
the canister literally just arrived. It is much larger than expected which is good for me (I like my coffee) but the order didn't come with the 3 replacement CO2 valves as advertised so dont buy it if you expect to have them included... in fact I wouldn't even be able to tell you how to replace them as it seems that the top is interlocked in a very complicated manner.

Not great
Expected a higher quality product for this price. No replacement valves included. Box looked opened with marks on the lid. Returned item? Would NOT recommend!
