I had really high hopes for this hamper since I have one similar to it but doesn't roll and since I was moving into my dorms in college I thought having a hamper that could roll would make life easier. It certainly does! I secretly laugh at people who have to carry a hamper full of clothes because it could get pretty heavy with jeans and jackets. The only thing I don't like which is why it doesn't get 5 stars is the top. It's made out to be a net with a string that will "close" it but it is pretty cheap and annoying. I prefer the other folding hampers's top where it just zips shut. My clothes's scent is always exposed to the air and since I'm an athlete, half of my dirty laundry is sweaty soaked t-shirts. The price is a bit overwhelming considering the cost of a regular hamper but well worth it for the ease of hauling laundry to the laundry room and back.

I ordered mine in April of last year, so I've had it for pretty much a year. At this point, two of the wheels are missing (one has been gone for a few months, but it was still draggable with three) and the bottom panel is very close to ripping itself off, so I have to purchase a new one. I only ever pull it from my door to my car and then from my car to my mom's washing machine, so it hasn't travelled very far. In its defense, however, my fiancé and I always pack it to the hilt with clothes. I wish it had lasted longer, but it did all right I guess.

After this, no more laundry bags. Hamper sits on a 3-caster platform. Holds about a load and half for a commercial top-loader. It hasn't torn or broken in the year I've had it, and I'm a gorilla. It popped right up when I opened the packaging. I never saw a reason to squash it down again, since I PUT CLOTHES IN IT between washes. It's a hamper, right?The sides will crush down and fall over if clothes hang over the rim (when you Larry-Bird your undies from across the room). but you can straighten it up pretty easily. I'm tall, so the strap that you pull it around by is too short for me, but it's probably fine for normal folks.And cheep, cheep, cheep.

I use nylon pop up bins in my garden so I thought these might work well for laundry. They pop up nicely and seem sturdy enough. I find them a bit bulky and wonder how long the wheels will survive being pulled down stairs, holding heavy loads of dirty laundry and being cleaned when the bag gets soiled. I doubt I would buy them again and will likely soon be back to using my much lighter net pop-up hampers without wheels. One of the realities of life pertains to making decisions to buy things with more bells and whistles than we really need. I think that is what I did here. Perhaps I would be happier with them if I lived in a single floor house without carpets.

I live in a second-floor condo and our laundry facility is in the basement. Because this hamper has wheels, it makes for easy transport to and from the basement. Plus, it can be compacted and placed in its zippered sleeve in the rare even that I don't have clean clothes to put away or dirty clothes to put in it. I can manage to stuff four or five loads of laundry in it (which can be a good thing or a bad thing because who wants to let five loads of laundry pile up?). I took off a star because although it is decently sturdy, it does tend to tilt to one side or the other depending on the weight distribution; even if I try to rearrange the clothes.

These are awesome! I use them as a garbage to line with large garbage bags when we go camping. They’re nice and big and sturdy quality. Not sure how they would do holding heavy laundry but it works great for what we use it for!

Larger then expected. Thats a bonus for me.Edit: I have another hamper that I have had for a while and nothing is sticking out. Here ends aren't properly secured and ripped through already. Look they are secured with clear tape.... Extremely disappointed in quality.

It's about a foot shorter than it could be, making it awkward to pull along behind you. Because its low height negates the main advantage of this type of hamper (if you're about average male height) - which is not to having to carry it - I wouldn't recommend it.
