Not exactly non-stick.
Not exactly non-stick. They have kind of a rubbery feel to the back so they stay good on my baking sheet but the three times I've used them to bake on, they wrinkle up in a wave pattern like crazy while baking and the cookies almost stuck. The first time I used these I tried to remove the cookies about 5-6 minutes after removing them from the oven and had to really pry the nylon spatula under the cookies to get them to let go of the mats. The second time we made Sea Salt and Vinegar smashed potatoes and they didn't stick at all and got a nice brown crust on the bottom as I had hoped but the baked on vinegar was a real chore to scrub off the mats. The third time I used these was with cake bites (cake batter dropped into cookie shapes) and this time I let them completely cool before even attempting to remove them and I still had to pry them off the silicone mats. I'll continue to use them because they still stuck way less than they would have on my old dark non-stick baking sheet. And I vowed years ago not to use non-stick but my cookie sheet was the last thing in the kitchen I hadn't replaced. So I bought two Farberware Insulated Bakeware 15.5" x 20" Jumbo Cookie Sheets (http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FN5LQU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s04?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and this set and they go together perfectly. The silicone mats are the exact width of the pan and about a 1/2" shorter than the giant baking sheets. (which barely fit in my oven) I have a feeling somehow that the two types of cookies I used were the culprit and they still stuck less than they would have otherwise. None of them broke while removing from the mats so it wasn't that bad. I also have a feeling that the longer I use these mats the more non-stick they'll become. I don't why, I just do. If you're looking for a mammoth silicone oven-proof mat with markings on it for cheap- these are the ones. And mine came from Amazon so I didn't have to wait for a private seller to send them from China and wait like 6 weeks to get baking!

Great product, Great price!
These are awesome! Nice big size (19 inches long and a just over 15 1/2 inches wide) For some reason the measurements in the description weren't clear on this.A bargain price (2 mats in a pack) compared to many other styles of this size.Food-grade non-stick silicone mat that is so easy to use and easy to clean! I have a set to use for baking / fondant design and a second set to use when I'm making Polymer Clay figurines.Aside from the generouse size and the reasonable price what I love best is that it doesn't slip when I'm rolling out the fondant or clay. It stays neatly in place.

Floppier than expected.
We were hoping to use these primarily as glue brushes but they are too floppy to be satisfactory for woodwork. They are probably decent for basting - and they are very inexpensive!

I love that the mess is fairly contained afterward
I use these a lot for pie crusts, cinnamon rolls, butterhorn rolls and anything else I need to roll out. I love that the mess is fairly contained afterward. I just throw these in the dishwasher on top of my other dishes and the clean very easily. I've also washed them by hand, it just takes a while for them to dry well. I love that these are compact and easy to store in my drawer, not taking up a lot of my valuable cabinet/drawer space. I've used pizza cutters on these with no problem. No cuts in the mat. I highly recommend.

It arrived quickly and its just perfect! I love how it looks
It arrived quickly and its just perfect! I love how it looks. Sadly I can't give you a good or bad review since it was a gift and I will not be the one to use it. But I am certain that my sister will love using this to make her pies.

Good for rolling out dough
It is fine for rolling out dough, but not great to bake on. It was advertised as being able to do both, but when I baked cookies they stuck to the mat. Sellers were responsive to my concerns and were able to rectify the situation.

BEST PURCHASE EVER!
BEST PURCHASE EVER! Honestly I bought these for working with modeling chocolate, fondant, and mexican paste because I needed a non-sticky surface. These work fabulously. They are easy to roll up and put away, they are easy to clean. I just did an entire cake with modeling chocolate and used these mats for rolling everything out and and nothing stuck to them. Love them, love them, love them!

Small but useable
Came on time but these are pretty small. Good for small tasks.
