The only reason I chose this seller is that it is Amazon's delivery, for my daughter's upcoming birthday, but I am so disappointed! ! !The gift was delivered on the birthday, we charged it, and my daughter tried it carefully.Less 8 minutes, it suddenly stopped moving without any prompts, causing my 7 years daughter to fall off the hoverboard! ! ! My daughter is hurt! ! !I have already returned it and are considering reporting this incident to Amazon. I definitely don't recommend this seller! ! !

This worked fine on Christmas Day and the 27th. On the 4-5 of January it wasn't working right, so we switched it on and off around 10 times until about to give up and it eventually worked again. All attempts since then through the end of January only one side has power. The left side is not working. It is always fully charged before attempting to ride. We have been emailing back and forth to the seller, with the emailed instructions for 'recalibration' coming from a technician in China. Now they want it returned for 'repair' - although from other reviews I've read their repair/reconditioning is no good. Very expensive product to break so quickly.

I am so disappointed with this product. After two days it was clear the charging port is cheap and delicate and simply not fit for purpose particularly as the charge doesn’t last more than 15 mins. The pins were misshaped and broke quickly and we were not rough with it at all. The customer service was great so I was feeling okay about the replacement but the same problem.. it’s too cheap and has broken straight away.. charge doesn’t last.. you couldn’t take this put anywhere as you’d be out of battery after 10 mins. Nit worth the money I’m afraid. I’m hoping they will refund and let me return it..

We bought this for my son for christmas so only just getting around to writing the review now. It's a nice Balance scooter that comes with the go Kart set up too. Installing the go Kart bit is very easy and it attaches via the velcro straps which are very sturdy and hold it in place very well.Its is quite heavy so my 6 year old is unable to carry it around.It is also very quick so be careful if you give it ago yourself.My only complaint about this scooter is the battery life. We are lucky to get 20 minutes use out of it before it is completely dead. This is really dissapointing as my son really really loves this and he has so much fun on it when he can use it inbetween charges. I have contacted the supplier to see if maybe this is a faulty unit/battery and I will update my review with my findings.

The media could not be loaded.  This was a gift for my 9yr old and he absolutely loves it!! We have not yet tried playing music through the Bluetooth and have not put the hovercart together yet and so unfortunately I can not give a full review at this time howevr I will say that the hoverboard seems to be of good quality, the lights look fantastic in the dark and once you get the hang of balancing, this piece of technology brings great joy to ones soul. This was my 3rd attempt at trying to find a legitimate seller after buying from other 3rd party sites but receiving sus service and chopshop goods.I am so happy that this is a genuine seller with genuine goods.

I bought this for my boy who only used a couple of times and was faulty and company agreed it was faulty and offered to repair or buy new one for £60. I did not want to pay more for faulty item so agreed for repair, postage at my cost! Item could not be repaired so offered nearly new free or new one again for more money! I accepted nearly new which came to me broken due to poor packaging then the company offered to send replacement case and we fix ourselves which they sent a different case and it did not fit!! Now are not answering my emails. Do not buy as if it doesn't work you will never get it fixed. Shocking customer service for an item that's alot of money. Absolute nightmare!!!!

The media could not be loaded.  I am used to electric skateboard and I needed something more flexible and can be controlled hands free. The GeekMe hoverboard is exactly what I needed. Fully charged in 2 hours and so far it lived up to it claim with range. I am almost 100kg and it has no problem moving my weight even on a slight slope.The bluetooth speaker adds another dimension of fun to riding it in the park, a lot of other people in the park came over and ask about it and my kids love riding it around the park too. It comes with a UK 3 pin plug for mains charging, once plug into the scooter the charging indicator will show you charging progress.It came well packaged and the chrome effect plastic is pleasing to look at, it comes with a handy carrier for storing away and carry around town. I took me less than 10 minutes to master how to ride it, the self levelling design makes this extremely easy to learn and plenty of fun speeding around the house. I will be using it as a moving platform for video making, it allows me to go hands free and move smoothly to avoid camera shakes etc.

My son was extremely excited about receiving his Segway and cart for his Christmas but after it being turned on for 15 minutes it beeped constantly and died, it then wouldn’t allow him to use again until fully charged all night and would only let him use again for a short amount of time. This is extremely upsetting to myself as a single parent and haven’t spent a lot of money on this product it won’t allow my son to use it without dieing within a small amount of time using it. This product also stated the charge would last 2hrs plus but the product we received doesn’t even last 30 minutes. I have emailed the company and hoping for some help.
