great card, under rated.
This card is so much fun to use, as long as you or your opponent have an xyz monster in their graveyard, you can just use this card to summon a Chaos XYZ of your choice that is one rank higher from your extra deck....I decided to purchase this card instead of XYZ Reborn, cost wise XYZ reborn is like 11 bucks, this card is under 2.This card can also be used as sort of a loophole to summon awesome monsters like C101 silent honor(which is especially great considering 101 silent honor is a 50 dollar card, and just having it in your deck is costly.)Because it ignores exact names and only cares that the monster is a chaos and one rank higher.This card is fun, and worth buying.

A really powerful card,even with the ability to add xyz monster with the same rank from your and your opponent graveyard as xyz materials for the Cxyz or Number C.Utopia + Rank Up Magic Admiration of the Thousands + 5 Rank 4 xyz monsters in graveyard = Number C39 Utopia Ray Victory with 8 xyz materials.
