The legs are huge and stuck it so far I literally had to get a two by four to ghetto rig s entertainment stand for this . I hate TV's with open legs like that at the very ends . Rendered my stand completely useless and had to put it at toddler flood level fishing kids smashing it 😭. So we rigged it up hopefully incab get some sort of wall mount or corner mount It's been so long since I bought a TV I didn't even think to check the measurements on the legs of the TV because all the TVs I vowed the stand is in the middle of the TV not on each edge So yeah I had to deconstruct my entertainment stand and we're trying to figure out a way to get it up higher off the ground so the kids don't break it as much money as I paid for it you think I would get a free wall mount

I bought my first ever “renewed” item when I made this purchase. Shortly after the 90 day warranty period, the TV started acting up, not showing any content that had motion. It would just show still shots. So no regular TV. No steaming videos. I contacted support and instead of trying to offer any help or suggestions, they told me my purchase was out of warranty and offered no help other than “call Vizio”.I should have bought a warranty with this. That’s on me.But I would not buy from this company ever again. They obviously do not stand behind their products, and they do not care to help customers when there is an issue. The latter is something that is generally expected these days.

I have purchased three economy-class UHD TVs in the past year... always for a guest room or somewhere else where I don't spend much time. While this TV isn't perfect, the picture quality is amazing. I despise smart TVs, so I have a 4K FireStick and a Chromecast Ultra connected to it, both with wired ethernet. I went ahead and bought a Vizio sound bar to go with it, and am now able to enjoy any/all content I want with either the FireStick's interface or using an app on my phone for the Chromecast. Yes, I know the TV is cast enabled and has streaming apps. Again, I despise smart TVs. I tested the functionality of the TVs smart features, and was expectedly underwhelmed. This is not Vizio's fault. I hated Smart TVs going in. I have since disabled the TVs network connection, and rely solely on my FireStick's remote to control everything. I could not be happier.

I picked this TV up after my dad got the exact same one so I already knew what I was getting in to and I'm not disappointed because I had been looking into getting a 4k TV for a while for my Xbox and PlayStation. I love the clarity and quality of the picture and I enjoy popping Netflix up without fussing with my consoles when I don't feel like it. The only caveat I have is sometimes when I'm watching Netflix the blacks get a little too dark and wash out some of the clarity but never when I'm gaming but that might simply be a setting on the TV or the quality of the image streaming from Netflix. Overall I love this TV and I'm super satisfied with it.

We loved this TV, but it randomly stopped working yesterday. It acted as if we cracked the screen and had the rainbow thing going on in the corner. We decided we'd just deal with it, but we turned it on later and it wouldn't work at all... just black screen. Very disappointing. Nothing happened to it as far as we know. We no longer have a functioning TV.

When I had ordered this TV I couldn't believe what I was doing after the fact that seeing quite a few people we're given it a one star and bad feed back but after I had received it I couldn't be more happy with my decision I'm grateful and excited I got me a tv at a great price i recommend this company and there products to family and friends and now my next purchase is going to be a sound bar. I'm content with my product Thanks again for a great item will be back to see what else they got for sure.

This product was of good quality in perfect working condition but it was not what was advertised. The product was listed as a 50" 4k smart TV, I received a 45"smart TV in a 50" box and it was not 4k even though most of the people in electronics will tell you there really isn't any 4k available yet it is advertising scheme. I will keep the TV because it was a house warming gift for my daughter and she is happy with it, but I will not purchase another TV on line to re again and I will also try to make a request to get some money back.Disapionted!,

Although the tv arrived with a damaged screen, GaNE was wonderful. They made it very easy to set up a return and refund. Friendly efficient customer service help by phone and online. I will shop with them again.
