This book makes it easy and fun for any level of experience with electronics
I have been dabbling with electronics for a while now. I have been looking for a book that is concise and to the point on making small projects. In this book the diagrams are clear and easy to follow. I would love to see a book with more fun projects that have the next step up in difficulty. So that i can start working on bigger projects. This way i can start combining them to make larger devices that have more functions. With that i am verry pleased with this book. If anyone wants to get into electronics or you just want a hobby this is a great book to start with

The English translations are comically off, but the important language, the universal electronic language is crystal clear. If you're new to electronics, logic, schematics... You should keep this thing on the shelf until you've learned more. It is assuming you know at least the basics. But once you do know what you're looking at, you'll be amazed at all the possibilities offered by this book. Bravo! One of my favorites.

Quick access to many different approaches to practical circuit design.
In general it is a good book. Yes, there are some mistakes but these errors are easily identified.

Very detailed book. Like a guidebook for those who need to know how to build a circuits. The author also provided many real life examples of how we can build circuits and incorporate in our daily lives such as alarm bell, door bell, burglar alarm and etc. Concise and easy to understand. A lot Of theories with practical examples.

This book is someoneโs idea of a get rich scheme
I am a physicist that purchased this book for projects for my grandson. However, as a professional I am extremely disappointed in the author, this book is not about projects! First, most of the circuits will not function in the United States, as they are based on a 230 volt AC, 50 cycle power source. Secondly, this is a book of poorly reproduced copies of schematic circuits, with bad English blurbs stating โthis circuit turns on a light โ ...End of Project ! This book contains 300 bad photos of other peopleโs schematics with no instructions, just a statement saying โthis circuit does โthisโโ.... This book is someoneโs idea of a get rich scheme.

European approach to AC. Not useful in the U.S.
I returned this after realizing most of the A.C. power was European. Nothing against that per se, but as an American hobbyist/inventor, it wasn't useful for my needs. I returned it.

Great Crash Course on Electricity and Electronics
Thanks goodness that it was free when I got it. From the beginning, this book gives all the tools for those who are interested in having a career in electronics and/or electricity. The author lays out the foundations and gives great examples.

I recommend this to teachers looking for projects that high school students could make. Excellent also for enthusiasts looking for projects to learn from.

The English translation is awful
Mostly old electronics designs not so relevant to today in 2019 The poor English makes it hard to read as your always having to go back and correct the sentences in your head.

Leuk boek in slechte vertaling
Boek met leuke ideeรซn maar helaas slecht automatisch vertaald in het Engels. Sommige dingen moet je 3x lezen voor je begrijpt wat er staat. Zo is bijv. "230V AC" vertaald in "230V Air Conditioning" i.p.v. Alternating Current. Sommige projectjes staan meerdere keren in het boek.
