Great board. I'm glad I bought it.
I have been riding non-motorized longboards for years and always yearned for an electric one so I can enjoy the feeling of going downhill on any road. With a bit of research, I felt the Exway X1 Pro was the best board money can buy in terms of speed, range, weight and looks. I particularly like that they integrated the batteries into the board so you cannot even tell it is motorized. This gives the board a sleek look. This board looks like it was well designed versus other boards that look it was made from a kit. My first moment on the electric board was a bit awkward. Imagine standing on a board and someone from behind kicking your board forward. So be ready for that. The top speed of 29 mph should be more than enough for most speed freaks. To put things in perspective, that is about the speed of Olympic athlete Usain Bolt. The remote is comfortable and easy to use. Carving is easy with this board. The ride is noticeably harsher than my regular board. But this is because the bumps/time ratio is higher since i am going faster. And also because the motor is integrated into the rear wheels, their is less rubber to absorb shock. For smooth roads the bumps are not as noticeable. When available, I plan to buy the bolt on Riot belt driven system for the extra comfort because they use regular wheels.Daniel Kwan has a few youtube videos on the Exway X1 Pro if you would like to learn more about it. The seller which I assume Exway is very responsive. So the only negatives about this board is really a negative with electric boards versus regular boards in general. But I feel Exway does make it not as bad compared to their competitors. - Electric boards are heavier - Most electric boards are stiffer - The ride is noticeably harsher because bumps/time ratio is higher.

Not a thing wrong with it
Just got the board and my first impressions are that it’s constructed like nothing else on the market. The balancing on the hubs is very good and I’m 260lbs it takes me up hills no problem. Unless your purposely finding extra big hills you won’t have issues at my weight. I wish they had a bushings option to either change the installed ones or add others, because the soft bushings in there were way too soft for my weight. Tightening the trucks didn’t do too much. I plan on reinforcing the remote somehow. I do like how light it is but the remote would probably go into a bunch of pieces in a crash and that’s $80. The ease of use for the charging port and charger is very very cool I can’t explain how much this feels like the future just overall. I don’t have any negatives about it except it can get to be a bumpy ride so wear some skate shoes they absorb shock better than tennis shoes and that solved the foot fatigue.

Best hub motor eboard by a Longshot.
She's a real nice death machine. Easily the stealthiest eboard out there. The throttle is nice and smooth and brakes are strong. I sit at 27 mph all day steady no fear or feel of speed wobbles. I can pump her at pretty much any speed. I did get tossed into a nasty bush at 20mph because the speed is very deceiving, not the boards fault. Only real issue is the harshness of the ride from the rear. It's the the same for all hub motor eboards but costing a grand, it's worth taking a star off.

Quiet and light - Fast! I'm 225lbs and it's a beast!
This thing is so fun! It's hard to tell it's not a normal longboard. It's scary how fast it is. It's light too, 15 lbs is nothing. Range is good, i got 9+ miles going pretty hard.Wear helmet and GLOVES, and if you want, other gear, especially when starting out. I took a rough fall and at 6'4" 225lbs. Definitely saved my hands from being super scraped up.After much research I decided to go with this board over any of the others because I wanted speed, silence, and water resistance.I'll update after a few more weeks of ownership.I didnt purchase on amazon, but from the Exway usa website.Update: 2 weeks and 159 miles in. Still can't be happier! I changed out the back wheels at 150 miles, wasn't entirely necessary, but had a few chips in them. Honestly, it is unusual for me to be THIS happy with a purchase. So glad I went with this board over other ones I was looking at.Must have accessories:Exway quick charger. It makes all the difference in the world. Charges 2 percent of battery per minute until it gets close to full.Let me say it again: get the quick charger.Helmet and gloves/fingerless glovesI also, purchased a 400 watt power inverter and installed it in my trunk so I can charge board while driving or wherever I am.Would recommend buying more back wheels to have as spares.Concerns I had before buying:Weight limit: my 330lb brother rode this thing and it stood up absolutely fine. Has tons of power and deck is strong. The manual says 440 lbs is Max.Ride quality: I was concerned about board being too rough. It's not rough at all! Much better than my flex deck normal long board. Exway has large wheels and cushioned grip tape. Ride is plenty smooth. I've ridden so many longboards that's are waaaay rough. The exway is very comfortable.Quietness of ride: motors are super quiet. People usually seem to have no idea it's a powered longboard by the way it looks, but when I am holding it and they see the little light they are blown away.Other notes:I have a fan set up on my workbench and have it blow in the heatsink and rear motors after riding and while charging just in case. Also I have been trying to keep the battery between 20 and 85 percent because I want it to last as long as possible. With the quick charger I set a timer and come back when it's at 75 to 85 percent, usually 20 to 30 minutes later.Power sag seems to slightly start when the board reaches around 40 percent or so, bit is still very usable. At 10 percent is when it really slows down. The battery level shown on the remote is not 100 percent accurate while accelerating. If board is at like 50 percent, the remote may say it's 40 to 45 percent. But it goes back to normal when not under load. Same thing happens when charging just the other way around. At level 2 and if you kick start, you can ride for a very very long time, I'd be surprised if you can't do 20 plus miles in that mode. Here's a video of a 185 lb guy doing it but without the kick starting. youtu.be/5ay1aHeF0eYIf, like me, you haven't been an avid longboarder your whole life, but have a decent amount of experience and enjoy unpowered ones.. you will be super happy with this thing. It's very fast and powerful... You'll get used to the higher speeds. Wear gloves and a helmet every time you use level 3 or higher. You can't go that fast except downhill on a normal one.If you've never ridden a longboard. This will be ok I am sure.. but I think it does help to have some experience with a normal longboard.
