Our Original, Ginger and Mango flavours are all about the taste and how the mild chilli compliments the honey. Together Rob and Katy Newton run Mightyfinethings based in Kent. We are passionate about local food and have been working and developing flavours together for the last 6 years. Having won Great Taste Awards across our range we now have the title Great Taste Producer. Mightyfinethings make Sweet Chilli & Kent Honey Sauces, Kentish Fruit Vinegars and botanically infused liqueurs and spirts under the Coxy’s brand. Cox is Katy’s maiden name… Mightyfinethings sauces are about the flavour and a mild chilli hit. The flavours compliment and the sweetness isn’t cloying or the primary taste experience. The sauces can be used as a dip or as a marinade for the bbq. Our Original works well with cheese on toast, Mango with chicken fajitas and Ginger with Thai fish cakes. Ingredients Cider vinegar, sugar, honey, chillies, fresh mango, salt, cornflour, garlic
