After applied it takes a good 30min to feel a peak of heat that arrives very intense. Then starts fading and you still get some heat for a good hour (overall). Sticky to remove. But to apply it is like a band-aid style. It was easy. I used only one, cannot give an opinion in regards to slimming effects. But of course, there's no magic, healthy lifestyle is the deal.

I haven't notice any difference, the first one seems to give a nice feeling of warm, the second one l can't feel anything at all. I'll use them all and see but up to know not really happy.

I started using this product together with a routine exercise that consists of walking and healthy eating and I can see that it works. I use it all day long and after evening working out I remove it. It seems to work great.

This wrap works as expected! It's so miracle worker but it does reduce bloating and makes you shrink an inch in my case. But I did use it in combination with the slimming tea.

I did not see any changes to my stomach when I used this product

Loved it! The only think I would like is a little more wrap, as some people have bigger belly to cover but other than that this works great!

For what they are ,i wouldnt buy again sorry.

The wrap is so sticky it barely comes off. So painful to remove it was like a wax strip. Had to get in the shower to try and remove it. Won’t be using again
