These are the second pair I have purchased. Exclusively wear them at work. First pair lasted 2 years and the wire frayed and broke near where it comes out of the neck band.Considering the abuse I gave them they lasted well and I expect the second pair to last as long.Sound quality is ok, not a huge amount of base but as I listen to audiobooks it's not an issue. Noise cancellation is very good, working in a factory they do a good job with that.Buttons are easily accessible, volume control, skip/last power and phone pickup work well.Battery life is superb, I get some 3 working days, about 28 hours per charge.Overall a very good 9.5/10.

I bought these as a replacement for another pair of this model, but the reason I had to replace them was due to me using them every single day for two plus years. They have many hours of usage because they worked in many situations. All day at work, out walking, out running, in the gym. They went everywhere with me.Good quality, and some good noise cancelling considering they aren't noise cancelling headphones. Easy to setup, easy to use. When my old pair broke I immediately looked for the same model as a replacement, and two years later the price had almost halved.

Volume up and down are intuitively the wrong way around, the lowest volume button turns the volume up, I still occasionally forget this and I've had the for almost 10 months, apart from that, battery life is still great, bluetooth distance is good, sounds well balanced, earbuds fit well in my earholes, which aren't the biggest earholes in the world.

The battery life is amazing. Sound quality great, especially the high frequencies. Button activates Siri. Some sound generated if, as you breathe, your shirt rubs against the microphone. Supplied with 3 sizes of earbuds so should fit most people comfortably. MicroUSB is a bit outdated. Neck band very convenient making this much better than separate in ear devices if they were to fall out - which hasn’t happened yet. Sound isolation good. No noise cancellation evident.

Second pair of this type my other is going 5 years and still works after using everyday at work the battery used to last me 4 days now I get about two not bad after 5 years with 10 hours use a day. It preformed that well I had to buy a second pair while they are still available

Purchased these to work from home from Amazon refurbished- or whatever it’s called. Clearly hadn’t been quality controlled properly as they just had lots of sound interference issues.

People complain of not hearing me and of cracking noises during calls. I have to disconnect from phone to answer phone calls and it would keep reconnecting during call giving a bad experience overall. Useless to receive or make phone calls. However the sound is ok though not rhe best but does the job to listen to music. battery life is pretty good. It may be cause I don't use it much as I get discouraged by the phone calls experiences, very annoying.

Absolutely the best pair of headphones I've EVER owned!!Sound quality is spectacular and these headphones vibrate when recieving a phone call! The call quality is amazing also d best of all is the battery life. 20hrs!!! I use these for my shift which is 8 hrs and I still have plenty of battery for the next day! If you need a GREAT Bluetooth headset look no further this is it!!

Prodotto di qualità superiore e molto pratico perché si mette intorno al collo e quindi gli auricolari non “pesano” sulle orecchie.Il formato necklace permette di avere delle batterie di dimensioni sufficientemente grandi e di avere lunga durata della ricarica.Esteticamente molto belle.Sul suono: direi discretamente buono, equilibrato e senza eccessi né sui bassi e né sugli alti.Perfette per telefonare, videoconferenze, ascoltare musica con discreta qualità.

* Très bon son tant que ça marche. Pas superpuissant, mais si clair et spatialisé que ça compense souvent les ambiances bruyantes. Le son Sony assure.* Bonne autonomie aussi, au moins 6h, et charge en deux ou trois heures.* Vibreur dans le tour de cou pour signaler les appels et les alarmes programmées du téléphone. La vibration est franche et traverse bien un T-shirt. Pas mal du tout.* Arceau rigide un peu étroit pour moi (grand dadais imposant avec 42cm de tour de cou) L'arceau se met dans n'importe quelle position pendant la journée et se coince. Si votre tour de cou mesure 40cm ou moins, tout ira bien.= = = Il faut qu'on en parle, Bob = = =Dès le départ, des anomalies sur cet appareil : lorsqu'il s'éteint pour cause batterie vide, impossible de le remettre en marche normalement, par exemple. Il faut le rebrancher au chargeur, et faire je ne sais plus quelle manip tordue avec les boutons (manip' trouvée par hasard) avant de le déconnecter du chargeur et de pouvoir l'utiliser.--> En cas de signal "Battery low", éteindre l'appareil sans attendre qu'il se coupe lui-même, ça évitera une migraine (en tout cas, avec cet exemplaire).Puis, il s'est mis en panne pendant une course à pied et n'a plus jamais redémarré. Le compartiment de charge était bien fermé, pourtant une fois ouvert, des gouttes de sueur en sont tombées, ça a goutté longtemps (!). Le bouchon est en plastique rigide, même matière que l'arceau, au lieu de silicone ou de caoutchouc qui fasse étanchéité comme presque toujours. Une fois l'appareil rechargé - au cas où la panne ait été la batterie vide - le vibreur d'arceau s'est emballé jusqu'à vider de nouveau la batterie. Impossible de l'arrêter ni d'exécuter aucune commande sur les boutons. Puis c'était fini, il n'a plus jamais fonctionné sauf le vibreur fou.Exemplaire défectueux ou défaut connu sur ce modèle, Sony sait peut-être.Retour au vendeur et remboursement, sans autre complication.

But after buying this refurbished product for the first time with ₹1000 discount I'm writing this review.Pros : 1. Sound quality - Crisp & Clear Stereo 2. Battery Backup - 2 weeks on normal usage 3. Call Quality - No lag, No metallic sound (didn't experience in online gaming) 4. Charging Speed - I put it in charge at night & next morning it was fully charged.Cons : 1. If you are too finical about the ultimate sound quality and had experience with audio-technica headphones earlier, then you may not feel that premium quality in it. 2. This is very personal. I think it's because of my ear shape. The left bud keeps falling off from my ear after a while.**My opinion : If your are getting ₹1000 discount on regular price of ₹3000 on this product, this is the great deal.
