Very old phone - UK holiday without charger - Amazon delivered to village post office next day - picked cheapest that would charge phone (small and large end is the point) - This works - Used for holiday and it still works now -months later.

It does charge my kindle, albeit very slowly. However makes the tablet act as though possessed. When plugged in it opens apps, books, browsers etc of its own accord without being touched, screen constantly going on and off and if charging overnight, randomly plays the lock screen ad at top volume in the middle of the night. Very strange. Nothing wrong with the tablet otherwise and is fine when being charged by other wires but not this one. Have discontinued use. Would not recommend.

Seems to be a good charger. It displays a red light when first turned on. The light changes to green when the charger is inserted into the phone. However, my little old Samsung phone doesn't seem to be getting charged. So maybe I need a new battery too? Until then I can only say that this charger appears to be well made and fit for its purpose Three stars for now and maybe more later depending on a new battery for the phone being located.

The Amazon Fire charger arrived on time and was well packaged. When it’s connected to the electricity it has a red light which indicates it’s on when plugged into the mains electric. It works very well but the length of the flex is not very generous and would work better if it was longer! I think this is a failing of the product and for this reason l wouldn’t purchase this again.

I thought I had lost my Kindle charger so this was a replacement, it's great, it does exactly what I want it to, I can also use it to charge my phone

We bought this to replace the in the box charger for an Amazon Fire charger. It wore quite quickly 2-3 months) and we ended up spending a bit more on a more robust product.The plastics in the actual connector seemed to be either too thin or brittle. If used to charge a device whilst it is in use, such as a tablet, it wore quickly.It might be better to charge static/stationary items such as nightlights.

This charger - which I bought for my Kindle after my annoying neighbour kept 'borrowing' my existing charger for her mobile and constantly forgetting to bring it back till, in the end, I couldn't be bothered repeatedly going round there to ask for it all the while - does the job a treat and I would happily recommend it!

When this came the wire was that tight wrapped up that when I put it into my tablet it wasn't charging! Then it kept going off everytime I moved it! Really cheap product that has been no care put into it... Please beware and do not waste your money.. sending back for a refund..
