Awesome bowls!
Awesome bowls; big, durable and attractive! We use them for pasta and Indian food. They could also be used for serving dishes.

Nicely Packaged, Sturdy and Attractive
These bowls are great and they are packaged nicely. I live in Hawaii and they arrived completely intact. There's quite a bit of waste associated with the packaging, but without it your bowls would probably break. The bowls are sturdy, nicely finished and survive well in the dishwasher. I recommend them highly.

The bowls are different than what's pictured
I was looking to match my existing set and they are different.

Not the right bowl!
I wanted to get another set of ‘On the Side’ bowls to match my current set. Instead, I received very similar bowls, but they are rounded and have an extra decorative bevel. They are nice but not right. Very different from the description and images on this listing. If anyone knows where I can find the right set, I’d love a link!

Modern, Simple Serving Bowls
I purchased these serving bowls to match some new porcelain square plates I picked up from Crate & Barrel this year since I was hosting Thanksgiving. They worked perfectly for serving the stuffing, sweet potatoes, cranberries, and brussell sprouts we served. They seem a bit small when looking at them, but they each held enough food to serve a party of 7 for dinner, so I was impressed. They are dishwasher and microwave safe, which is a requirement for me. Overall they served their purpose and looked great doing it.

Right Size with a Good Balance of Style and Function
Wanted simple white servingware that was a good size and looks nice but was also functional. Found nice wares on PBarn and WSonoma but goodness gracious- so expensive! My. Mom has some serving ware from PBarn and they're definitely better made and have slimmer edges but for the price of one (mayyybe two) pieces I can get these 4!It's great to be able to make sides in advance and instead of worrying about heating them and maybe having to plate late you can nuke right in hese or even put in oven. Stackable so saves space.Pluses: Stylish, stackable, durable, oven and microwave save.Cons: Bottom uses images and not literal words to describe dos and don'ts... So you have to infer and hope you get it right. Edges are thicker which gives off a slight "cheap diner" ware feel.

Christmas Bowl Set
Love the bowl design but I expected them to be different sizes from small to large. Still a nice set.

Perfect serving bowls for a crowded table
I was looking for attractive serving bowls that would be easy to pass, and that would fit well when I have a full table of guests. These really fit the bill. They are the right size for side dishes to serve about 10 people; their design makes them easy to hold with one hand while you serve yourself and pass on to the next person, and they don't take up much room on the table. They were exactly what I wanted. They are, unfortunately, a little pricey. Especially when you consider that my daughter was able to buy the same set at Costco for $16.00. But, that was a one time deal at Costco and they aren't available there anymore. I paid about $36.00 for mine and, they are so useful, that I really didn't mind.
