rock solid adhesion
Needed a black adhesive that was very strong and able to adhere to multiple material types. This two part adhesive is all of that, easy to mix out of twin tubes with a reasonable working time, and sets fairly quickly. Superb adhesion and strength, cures off to a bit of a shine but difficult to get very smooth, and finish after a bit of rubbing down goes dull. Would definitely buy again.

Great job
Needed it to fix a hole in my kids wheel of his ride on motorbike toy. Stuffed the hole with rubber and put some of this over the top and it's good as new. Bit pricey but worth it 👌

Great, as long as you don't sand it.
I had to repair the black plastic wrap around one of the windows on my car door. My wife opened the door on a brick wall, which split the black plastic and revealed the metal underneath. Since this JB Weld plastic bond binds to plastic and metal, I thought it would be perfect. The JB Weld applied very nice and more evenly than I thought (much better than a stick of plumbers epoxy). It also bonded very well to the plastic and metal, and even dried a bit glossy black. But after it fully cured, it was a tad lumpy. So I sanded it just like the directions said. However, the JB Weld turned from gloss black to a weird gray after sanding it with 240 grit sandpaper! The sandpaper sanded away the gloss black finish off the cured adhesive :-( I was very happy with the JB Weld at first, but I wish I never sanded it. I should have left it lumpy. Glossy and lumpy looks better than gray and smooth.TIPS:You only have about 15 minutes to apply this product. After 30 minutes it's mostly cured (just a bit tacky), and after 60 minutes it's fully cured. The adhesive is a bit runny right after it's mixed, so I recommend mixing it and then waiting about 3-4 minutes before applying it to your project so the adhesive is a bit thicker. The adhesive is easier to apply evenly when it's thicker as it won't run as easily. And I don't recommend that you sand it!

So far so good
So far this has lived up to its description. Easy to use, need to be a bit careful getting the amounts from both tubes the same but that is not difficult. Easy to mix and apply. Time will tell if it is as strong as it appears.
