I bought this product and the publication said 4 packages of bulbs (I mean 16 bulbs in total) and I only got 1 package of 4 bulbs, only 4 bulbs...

Definitely will NOT last 18 years.
These do NOT last 18 years. More like 3 years 3 months. I placed three of these lights in my bathroom over the mirror, granted it does get humid in my bathroom once or twice a day when I take a shower however written on the bulb it clearly states “suitable for damp locations”. So according to the statistics based on the three bulbs I placed in my bathroom 33.3% of these bulbs will only last a little over three years in a bathroom. The longevity of these LED bulbs falls far short of their stated 18 year lifespan.
