1.25" Tube Bar Clamp, Headlight Handlebar Bracket, LED Light Bar Clamps, 1.25 Inch Aluminum Tube Bull/Roll Bar Mount Bracket Clamps Holder LED Car Truck Off Road Work Light

I bought the 1.25" because I have a bar that is 1.25" OD, but its just not tight enough, even with the foam strips they provide.They are well made and good quality so I want to try the 1" but Im pretty sure that will just be too small. Have to look for another solution.

I wish i would have known that i needed to buy a size or two up from what it's going on. I bought two pairs of 1 inch clamps so i could install my lights onto ny new roof rack, my roof rack has 1 inch outer diameter tubing, so i assumed the 1 inch clamps would be the obvious ones to order, however i could not have been more wrong, when they arrived today i attempted to install them and could not even get them onto the tubes. Upon further inspection of the clamps it's seems as though because of how they are made you would need to buy a size or two Bigger than the actual application size needed. seems as though i would need 1.25 or 1.50 clamps for the 1 inch tubing.

I was expecting a 1.25" bracket to mount up to the 1.25" bar steel to steel, nice and solid. This goofy setup requires a strip of foam rubber to wrap the tube and make the bracket hold. I bought it to hold a radio but it will not stand the pressures of a trail ride in the UTV and stay in position. I will be looking for a better set.
