only two comments. if you are not familiar with these cases which I was not. installation instructions would be better if advised that outer black trim is flexible and you remove that from stiff grey part. it could be clearer that you remove black trim from grey and not the other way round which it implies. I tried wedging it out with the butt of a spoon when it only need thumb pressure if the black flexible outer is eased back in the corner indicated. other thing. side buttons are a bit stiff but you probably have to expect that and take a little while getting used to especially for screen shots. otherwise it is straightforward and looks good for showing all important colour of back of phone.

Whilst this case is strong and I believe it will protect the phone it does have faults. One of these is the case itself doesn't fit very snug there is movement where there shouldn't be. Also the flaps covering the headphone and charging ports don't close properly when they've been open for a while whilst charging or using headphones. Not a bad case in all but not one of the better ones you can buy for the price.

Protects my phone well. Product is certainly robust.

Everything is good, obviously there is no screen protector but that allows the fingerprint scanner to work. My only gripe is that even with the jack and charging port closed it gets debris under the case which leaves the back of your expensive phone covered with random 'pocket flakes'

It has no screen protection and dust gets inside the case. But it has a bit of an edge so you won't scratch your screen. It feels a bit chunky but safe.

Its good hard case to keep my cellphone from breaking. I have accidentally deop my new samsung s10plus but its safe.

It's a good enough case and will protect against a small drop. It's not a completely tight fit which means alot of dust gather round to the clear panel on the back.

Happy with product
