Solid value but they can rub off
I've now purchased two pairs of these because I like them so much.Pros:-They're sturdier than others I've bought at similar price points-The texture of the frames is like a matte finish vs. normal glossy plastic which is great because they don't look as cheap and don't get greasy when sunscreen gets too close-They don't squeeze my head! Loose enough to be comfortable but tight enough to stay put-They're dark enough to allow me not to squint in sunlight but light enough that it doesn't feel like evening when you wear them-They come with a bag to keep them protected. And they're very affordable so even if they were scratched they could easily be replaced. I bought a second pair to keep in my carCons:-The polarization is pretty weak. Normally with polarized glasses I can see into water when out on a boat on a sunny day, but with these you can't quiteUPDATE: I wore my second pair with sunscreen on in the pool and they gave me a pretty hilarious unibrow. They rubbed black on any part of my skin the glasses touched. I don't know if it was because of the sunscreen, the salt water pool chemicals, the hot weather or some combination. Just be aware, if people are giving you funny looks after you take them off, it could be that you've got sunglass residue on your face. My family got a good laugh.

Very cheap, but better than expected
Okay, let me just start off by saying, "These are CHEAP!" Not only was the price cheap, they were less than $5 when I got them, but they also feel extremely cheap. Of course I wasn't expecting much for the price I paid. It arrived with no tags or stickers so there's no indication of what kind of protection there is. It is actually polarized, which is good. It came with a standard pouch, not the usual microfiber ones, so don't try to clean your shades with it. The arms were a bit lopsided when opened, not sure if it had to do with the packaging. They were shipped from China in a thinly padded envelope. I was able to even them out by adding a bit of masking tape to the surface area inside the hinge jab so that the arm did not open as wide anymore. After doing that the arms are pretty even in every other way. I don't own a pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarers but I have tried them on before. They seem to be about the size of Original Wayfarers, but fit more New Wayfarers. By this I mean that the angle of the lens is more flat than Originals. On Originals the bottom part of the lenses is more angled towards the face, these are not like that. In that respect, they are more like the New Wayfarers. But I believe the New Wayfarers have a shorter lens. Because the combination of lenses being larger and also sitting flatter on the face it does make for a fairly large looking pair of sunglasses.Overall, I think they are a fair deal for what I paid. Looks like the lowest price right now is around the $10 mark. I would not have even consider these at that price. They'll make a good pair of spares to keep in the car that I won't cry over if they're damaged or lost.

Long story.. but I like them
So to understand my problems(which are very much first world) you must read the story. Last year I went to the 2017 Vans Warped Tour and forgot sunglasses well a man was selling vans labeled ones for $5 He happened to have black and purple. I loved these glasses so much that I genuinely got mad when I forgot them. Well in the recent days I accidentally stepped on them, Instantly I came to Amazon to find more as I knew vans no longer sold them. I bought these because of good reviews and cheap price. They came and I loved them at first sight. The quality was good and the lenses were dark. The only reason for my 4 star review is the fact that on day 2 I find myself missing the black and purple from the vans(the ones no longer sold) So here I am pulling the side things off to paint them purple. My only complaint with these is there need to be more color choices. Love the product and when I inevitably lose or break these I will be buying another pair. If the company reads these reviews the attached picture is the glasses I had from vans if this could be a color choice id buy like 9 pairs right now.

Great Pair Of Glasses For Being Under $10
I live in Texas where the sun is always shining and shining bright, especially during the summer. I also happen to love doing outdoors stuff all the time. I am a fan of baseball caps to keep the sun out of my eyes, but sometimes that just does not cut it. My last pair of glasses met its demise after being left on the floor and run over by the vacuum cleaner. The pair before fell in the river. Point being, I go through glasses often so I can not justify spending over $25 on pair. I came to amazon and found these Retro Polarized Wayfarer glasses. I was quite skeptical at the price which was under $10 with amazon prime but decided the reviews looked good so I bought them anyway. I have been blown away by the quality for such a low priced set of glasses. The lens are actually polarized as you can tell by the way glass refracts light. The tint is just right for the evening and a really sunny day. The finish feels good on the glasses. They feel solid and I think they should last longer then other pairs of glasses I have bought. Overall very impressed for a pair of glasses under $10. These feel the same quality wise to something you would be paying 2 or 3 times as much for. Only time will tell as for how long they will hold up.
