I had read that brass was no a good material for the 3d printing world, so come across theses. Have managed to do a 240+ HR print with no issues..

I got these to possibly solve some underextrusion issues and assist with TPU filament. While it works great with TPU it shreds PLA when used with a metal extruder. Little flakes of PLA shave off when passing through creating a mess.You could probably fix with a weaker spring in the extruder but I just went back to brass.

i can`t fault these gears , i had realy bad under extruding on my ender 5 pro , i changed the blunt stock brass gear for one of these and got instant grip on the filament . they screw on firmly and are a tight fit on the extruders shaft , the hardest part is lining them up with the filaments line , after that it is plain sailing .highly recommended .

This replaced a printers existing 32 tooth brass gear and since fitting my extrusion e-steps has been far more consistent, these seem to have a good grip on the filament and were a great simple replacement for the original printers part.

Looked like great quality and a good price but I didn’t end up using them much after switching to a dual drive BMG clone....never looked back!

Got theses for my anet a8 as the brass one that it come with the printer, teeth had worn out

Nicely made product with sharp teeth that grip well without too much force.

Pulley as described and fits perfectly, two grub screws so little chance of coming loose.Printer re calibrated and working to tolerance.Prints good.
