GaratCAFÉ GARAT REGULAR TOSTADO Y MOLIDO

I had this coffee in Mexico about 12 years ago in the roasting facility of Garat coffee near Xalapa if I remember correctly the little town was Coatepec. It was a blend of three beans, the best coffee I had ever tasted since then I’ve had the opportunity to drink it again when family could get me a bag from there. Unfortunately this is not the same coffee sold to the American market it’s missing that intense flavor of the Oaxacan coffee, basically ok coffee but not the same. My understanding is Garat has grown to a much bigger company since those days and quality control must be a challenge. Still good coffee but not that exquisite taste it had before. I’m not buying again. Sorry!

Love this coffee .... now bitter after taste. First had this coffee in San Miguel de Allende. Brings back all those fabulous memories of my trip to Mexico! So glad I could find it online. Thank you, Amazon!

Tried this coffee in Mexico while on vacation. Not the usual strong after taste of other coffees that we tried. I have been ordering it here in US ever since.

Delicious coffee from Mexico. Pretty expensive, but it was in Mexico too, when we lived there. If you like a bold, dark roast, you will love this.

We have been looking for a coffee available in the US that is just as good as the one we purchase in Xalapa, Mexico but are not allowed to have the roaster ship to the US. This is the closest we've come in 10 years. I purchased it ground form, but would prefer whole beans.

I buy this when in Mexico and I’m happy to see it available on Amazon. It’s very smooth with an unique flavor all it’s own.If you’re in to a dark roast expresso this is not, but if you like a medium roast that’s robust, yet smooth, this will please you.

This coffee is delicious to us! We purchased originally while in Mexico and are now very happy to be able to purchase it through Amazon. We not only drink it everyday but we share bags with our friends so they too can enjoy the taste.
