The Prepared Pantry Gourmet Baking Chips Blueberry Tidbits, 11 Ounce

This product arrived as advertised. Used them to make copycat Subway Raspberry White Chocolate cookies and I was pleased with the results. They are tiny chips, more like crumbles honestly and they don't really "melt," so consider those things in whatever recipe you intend them for. Overall pleased with the purchase.

Like the other reviews, I've been searching for the Hershey's Raspberry flavored morsels. You cannot find them anywhere. I came across these baking chips last week and just made my recipe that I hadn't made in close to 8 years. To give my cookies the "chocolate" flavor that it also needs, I added mini semi sweet morsels along with the raspberry baking chips. The result? EXACTLY what I was looking for. The flavor is great and the color of the chips added an extra appeal to the cookies. I will be trying the blueberry flavor later this week in the same recipe! Great product.

used these in cupcakes and they turned out as I thought they would. I did chop them into smaller pieces as the larger ones didn't fully "melt" all the way making it taste a little tart and a smidge on the waxy side. perhaps if you are baking something longer than 15 min you wouldn't have that problem.

I found a recipe online for rasberry cheesecake cookies but it called for rasberry chips. I couldn't find them in stores so I ordered these. I ordered and used these several times. Haven't tried them in anything else but the cookie. Definaltey something I keep on hand all the time! The blueberry chips are good too! They aren't like chips you would get in chocolate chips they are more like pieces that kinda melt into rasberry spots in what your cooking.

These are really smooth flavor blueberry. Fantastic added to pancake mix.

I bought these in the hopes they would have the tart/sweet taste I've had in commercial baked goods, but was really disappointed. The taste is very bland & very sweet-nothing like I thought they would be. I also bought the raspberry ones & they were not what I expected either.

Great flavor, but too sweet. It’s like chewing a mouthful of flavored sugar granules.

Another buyer commented that these have a very waxy taste to them, and I guess right out of the package, I would have to agree. However, this is not how they are meant to be eaten. I think they work perfectly for making the pancakes just like jiffy muffins. Like to use these to put in higher protein more healthy pancakes and makes them taste very similar so my daughter likes it
